House Cleaning - more like NOT house cleaning.
He came out to give a quote - left his phone - wrote the wrong expiration date from our cc - promised the world we should have know this was too good to be true.
First visit they are supposed to give everything - more like 1/4 of everything, if even that.  the team showed up at different times.  They never emptied their vacuum bag between room (yes I said it bag) I vacuumed after they left and received 3 canisters of pet hair and dirt from the house, (this is a 3700 sq ft home).   Not including they did not wash the blinds like stated you should see them (you can see the actual wipe marks) they cleaned our tile floors with the same bucket of dirty water, never touched the base boards.  Everything is hap hazard.  What a mess.  Then when canceling they state you cant cancel unless you pay them a fine - a fine for what - wanting better service.  It's bad enough we continually tried to get it through their minds that they are not doing a good job and that they can not bill us in advance for services not rendered. They do not have good listening skills, you can hear everything a customer is telling you but if you don't master the skill of listening you will not go very far.  We found ourselves that every time they would leave we would be re-cleaning the mess  they left behind.  They are the worst of the worst of a cleaning business.  We left around the baseboards untouched for 2 weeks before their return and they still couldn't bend down and clean them, so once again we did it.
Buyer beware - they act like they are giving you a deal, but try and charge like an electric, cable or gym membership In advance for horrible substandard work.
I highly do not recommend this company - we have our attorney looking into their contract - and the charging of 200 plus dollars to cancel - Guess we will see them in small claims court.
