Clint Robinson is the owner. He is very efficient. He doesn't find you a house; he finds you a home. He helped me find a home. He is great. He does short sales. A short sale is before it goes into foreclosure, the bank has to agree to take less for the house than what is owed on it and forgive the rest. It took 6 months, but they did it and this guy worked his tail off on the papers because I had to file papers and then when the deadline passed there were more papers that had to be filed. He worked really well. I think realtors have a certain percentage and I don't know how much that was. He is probably one of the best individuals I've ever known. He is an honest realtor, which is hard to find. I would use him again in the future if need be.
