ROBERTS TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL

They have been providing service since 2016.  The last time they were here we told them we had rats and chose a really expensive solution and we declined. They could be more thorough or a better explanation of what they are doing.

He did a great job, he lay traps and he came back.

Went very well.

They've previously treated for termites at our house and they now come out annually to inspect.

They were prompt, courteous, and accurate. They're always willing to answer questions.

Easy to set up appointment. Exterminator worked with my schedule. Showed up on time.

It seemed okay. But the cat found an enormous cockroach running around the living room, a couple of days ago. They came when they said they would come.

The receptionist answered the call promptly, and took my information so the technician (Ray) could call me back to get the particulars. He agreed to stop by after his last stop of the day.
He arrived earlier that he thought he would, and got right to work hunting for the animal. It took him about 30 minutes all told to track down where it was, and remove it. He placed an odor absorbing bag where the rat had been, and left one in the room where the smell was the strongest.
I knew when he laid down on the rat droppings to look for the critter that he was the man to find it.
And he was.

Pleasant and punctual, don't have bugs in my house!

Well done. Second time we have used Roberts for routine pest control. They are easy to deal with, show up on time, and have good tips about how to keep bugs and stuff out of the house.

Their technician is extremely friendly. During our initial estimate and spray he came out and explained in detail what he would be doing each quarter. He does a thorough job and I don't even have to be home for him to visit. I leave a key out for him and I have never felt uncomfortable with him in my house alone.
Recently I noticed some wood rot on a window seal. After inspecting it I noticed a few ants. Concerned about termites or carpenter ants I called out Roberts Pest Control. Their technician was there the next day and spend 30-45 minutes inspecting the area and other areas of the house. He explained in detail what he would do if it was his house. He did this all for free since I was a regular of theirs.
In sumary I think Roberts Pest Control rocks! I will be using them for the forseable future for all my pest control needs!

We have used Roberts for the past 7 years. When we had a small termite problem they came and did the treatment and continue to do our yearly termite inspection. The last couple of years I have had them do a regular spray of the house to help control the various.
Very punctual and if they are running late, they always call. We have a lot of pets and they have always been very careful when they spray in and outside the house.
Robert is usually the man that comes and he is the greatest!

Service man was very professional and appeared to be competent for the services performed.

I have had a good experience for him. I haven't used anyone else, so I don't know how his price compares. I've never had any termites after my house was treated.

The Technician was so rude. He obviously hates his job. He was irate with me and screaming because he couldn't find a bug. They were punctual and they were very thorough. Their office staff was good its just the Danny guy was really mean.

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and were very professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was happy with the services.

They are on time and do a good job. They are knowledgeable and educate about how to prevent pests. They really friendly.

We use them quarterly. They are punctual. They are always here when they say they will. They do a good job. They are friendly and pleasant. I have never had an issue with bugs. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.
