Ripley came out himself and did the measuring. The crew came and 1st thing asked if they could wash their hands. They did everything in a couple hours. They didn't leave a mess and swept up the sawdust. They worked great! They're quality shutters!

Sent badly, the shutters never fit well. Also the blades were spaced too far apart so there is lots of light leak (some is acceptable on shutters but not this much). Repeatedly said they would fix it but came back once, did nothing and never returned calls after that.Client is really mad still and poits it out to us repeatedly and demanded a refund from our company just because we referred them.

I was able to one - stop shop for new blinds and drapes at Ripley's, a great convenience! They have a great selection and many options for all types of windows. I was given an estimate for the blinds the first day and the drapery after choosing the fabrics. The appointment was made to do the measurements and kept on time. Very impressed with Ripley and his design knowledge. Delivery time was 2-3 weeks and they were installed without any problems. The quality of the products is excellent and we are enjoying them.
