They were professional, answered all my questions, cleaned after the job was done, and it was great that they did what they promised. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to everybody.

Work was done quickly, but because it was my first time having chip seal installed, I don't have any previous results to compare to. Some of the new material has already washed away revealing the previous base, which wasn't in very good condition. I thought it would last 10 years, but it has only been 6 months.

They were unable to do the job on the first visit because of equipment problems. Maybe they should check the equipment before going out to the site. Did the job the next day. Upon a closer look at the finished project I noted several cracks had not been sealed and some others not sealed on the first attempt. Had to make two calls to get a response. After they came and we discussed the situation, they agreed to come and reseal the areas that I was concerned with. When all was said and done I am satisfied with the end result although I think the price was on the high side. Probably part my fault for accepting the first bid without challenging the price. Owner and son were easy to work with.

Contractor was in and out as promised. I consider the job done as average and over priced for the job done. Cracks I pointed out were left unfilled and I got a run around answer. I had approximately 12,500 ft of driveway sealed for $2800 and as the job was being completed was told a second coat really needed to be applied and that would be another $1400. I said NO thank you. Hoped to have the job done for the price in one application. I was told it the job should be good for 3 years, but was given in writing a warranty for 5 years. Draw your on conculsions and get it all in writing.

was told spay mix would be 200 degrees, but heating was turned on only 30 to 40 minutes before application and spreading showed no signs of being hot (steam) also large cracks should have been layers of liquid and stone to insure good sealing between the liquid and chip stone and the time it took them to do it was way over priced

We live in the country and finding local contractors has been so disappointing because they do not provide quality work. I was so blessed when we hired Pat Riley to resurface our large driveway. What a wonderful company, great service, great workers and most of all THEY DID WHAT THEY AGREED TO DO AND MORE. In this day and age it is so difficult to trust contractors because they say almost anything to get the work. But Mr Riley was extremely professional when providing an estimate, did not hassle or pressure us to do more work, but provided his professional advise and it left the decision up to us. Nothing but praise for this company!

IMMEDIATELY called us when we placed request through Svc Magic, came out same day to provide professional, competitive quote. He showed us examples of his work and sold us on chip/seal. Called him at 8:00 AM a few days later--he said he'd be able to start work same day and finish the following afternoon. He started and finished ON TIME. I asked him if he could do some extra shaping of my topsoil with his equipment, to keep water runoff away from the driveway, and he said sure, no problem, and he did this extra work for no extra charge, plus did it MUCH BETTER than I expected. Driveway looks great, I'm very happy, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!

Did"nt try to push the most expensive option he let me choose.what best fit my budget.

They did a good job in a timely manner. My only complaint was they left their truck on the street for a week after the job was done.
