Great service. John Valenti was excellent to work with. He worked with the insurance company, was on time, professional, and explained all work that was to be done. He coordinated work with subs who repaired fence and window. The crew showed up on time, the work performed was excellent and the work site was completely cleaned after the job was finished. I highly recommend them!

Ridge Roofing representative, John Valenti made this entire process a pleasure. He made a through inspection, took care of meeting with and working with my insurance company, scheduled a time for the roofing crew to replace my roof. He then personally met with my wife and me to pick out the type and color of shingles and then guided the paper work through the insurance company. Finally, he personally maintained contact with me throughout the installation. John followed up the very next day to be sure I was completely satisfied. The roofers left my property clean (no nails, scraps, etc.) and without any damage to our property.

He was professional and did not require a contingency contract to work with our insurance company. The same cannot be said for top-rated AL roofers in Austin. Crew was on time, worked long hours, cleaned up well. Good work.

The Ridge Roofing crew stayed late to finish our job in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left the job site.The property had hail damage to the roof as well as screens, fencing and window A/C unit. Mr. John Valenti took care of meeting with the insurance adjuster and handled the claims process. We will use Ridge Roofing again and will recommend them without reservation.

The insurance paid most of it. They were very good. They did the work and told me what would happen with the problem areas. They showed up and fixed things.

IT went pretty well. The cost at the end was a little higher than what they quoted me and the workmanship could have been better. The roof doesn't leak so I guess that is a plus.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. We love our new roof. The roofers were incredibly courteous and professional. The job was completed in a very timely manner. I'd refer them to friends. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.
