RICK SANCHEZ WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE. HIS COMMUNCATION WITH US WAS VERY POOR. HE FREQUENTLY TOLD US INFORMATION THAT WAS INACCURATE (BUT ONLY ABOUT START AND END DATES). HE ALSO DIDN'T LOOK AT THE ARCHITECTS DRAWINGS. THE END RESULT THOUGH, DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE, WAS VERY CLEAN AND INEXPENSIVE.
