Restore Atlas LLC

We used Restore Atlas to construct a 1000 sq. foot multi-level partially covered/screened in deck and to replace an old fence. We had an excellent experience and would very highly recommend Restore Atlas to anyone looking to make some upgrades to their property. I got quite a few bids before this job and Restore Atlas came in about in the middle price-wise. I selected them because, from the beginning, owner, Jeremy Evans seemed so much more knowledgeable than anyone else that I consulted. He was the only contractor who took the time to lay out my vision in a 3D program so that I knew we were on the same page. I also liked his previous experience building in hurricane prone areas. Jeremy was on the job to make sure that everything was laid out correctly and then came back periodically to inspect the progress. His foreman Mike, who was on the job the entire time, was also extremely knowledgeable and contentious. We could see him outside making corrections and ensuring that his crew did only quality work throughout the job. The crew members themselves were professional and cleaned up after. The guys at Restore Atlas really took a lot of extra time and effort to make sure that we were completely satisfied with each stage of construction. As the building progressed, we were able to make small changes without any issues. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for and has added significant value to my home. Later, after the completion of construction weather changes made it necessary to make minor readjustments to the doors on the structure. Mike came out and completed these without issue or additional charge.

They were fantastic. From first talk and scoping out the yard, to design, to scheduling and completion. It was seamless, professional, and fast!

Jeremy, Mike and their crew at Restore Atlas were wonderful to work with. We wanted to replace our old deck with a new deck, including railings, stairs and extending the size. We also wanted to replace our rear door with a sliding door that opens onto the deck. They were competitive with their estimate, completed all of the work within budget and within the time they promised, and (most importantly) the deck and the door look amazing. Jeremy asked lots of questions during our initial design so that he had all the details he didn't to build what we wanted, and he and the rest of the crew answered all of the questions we had up front and along the way. We felt that we knew what was happening at each stage, and there were no surprises. My wife and I definitely recommend Restore Atlas for any deck projects.

Mike and his crew did an exceptional job. They were efficient, professional and pleasant. They arrived on time and even went beyond the norm by coming back to check on something I requested and already approved. I will definitely hire them again.

Restore Atlas demolished our aging existing covered patio and built a second story deck for us as well as replacing our front fence. Jeremy and his team are extremely courteous, helpful, and they get the job done fast. They will work with you to ensure that the project fits your needs and budget. I have nothing but good things to say about the work done by Restore Atlas.

Jeremy and his team was simply excellent. When the project was being worked on, my wife decided to make some modifications. Jeremy visited us during the weekend to explain to us what is possible without violating code. After the project, he did a walkthrough with us to make sure we were fully satisfied. I am recommending them to my friends and would definitely hire them again for our future projects.

The estimate was competitive; they showed up on time and did an excellent job. Good clean up and excellent billing process. No payment was do until the job was completed and approved. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Restore Atlas LLC.

The job was done fantastically. Jeremy was very thorough and knowledgeable in his inspection and his appraisal not only of the deck work, but of other items that his team could knock out. They finished ahead of schedule and were priced very competitively. I would absolutely look to this team again for any future work.
