We had a problem with Restoration Hardware in Austin. They delivered the lamp that was broken so we had to get it replaced. We didn't buy anything. They just replaced the lamp that I already ordered over. I ordered the replacement months before and it took months to get it replaced. They had very nice furniture. It really up sells the stuff. They do very good sales which they don't think to do anymore. But when we were furnishing the house and purchasing things over the internet last year, they have very good sales. The promise of the delivery of furniture I'd say was about I guess 75% of the stuff arriving in good condition and 25% of the stuff, they were problems sometimes. It took months to replaced.
