I scheduled an appointment and Jacob called promptly at the beginning of the scheduled window of time to tell me he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and worked quickly and efficiently to get the machine running again. He also agreed to hook up new hoses I had bought previously for no extra charge. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely hire again and also recommend to others. Great experience all around.

Jacob was really honest and helpful. Recommended we not do the repair because previous service had been done on the fridge that was not great. Pointed us toward a few places that might have fridges during a pandemic.

Jacob checked the functionality of different cycle settings, then re-set or rebooted the washer's software, problem solved. He charged me $65 for a diagnostic call instead of the $125 minimum for a service call. (Kenmore service offered me an appointment in 2 weeks with a $109 service call. I declined the offer.) I am a very pleased customer & will definitely call this company again. Highly recommended!

Jacob immediately identified the problem as low water pressure in the cold water faucet behind the washing machine. The mechanism inside the faucet had deteriorate (didn't open to let the water into the machine). I paid him for the service call and called a plumber to correct the situation because Jacob is only for the appliance repair.

Repair my Appliance Austin answered the phone when I called and scheduled a tech to come to the house the following day between 12 and 3. The scheduler was a bit hard to understand, but efficient. The tech called the next day and arrived within 15 minutes of his call. He was very nice and diagnosed the problem right away. The defroster sensor apparently was defective and had to be replaced. Since the frig did not know when to defrost, ice built up within the unit and the fan was rubbing against it every time it cycled on, hence the noise. The tech melted the ice and replaced the sensor. It works fine now. Very pleased and would hire again although I thought $145 for about 40 minutes of labor was a bit high.

Called and got an appointment for the same day. Technician called shortly after to tell me that he was in the area and was available if I would like it fixed earlier! Of course, I said yes, and true to his word, he showed up about 15 minutes later. After asking me a few questions about the problem, he immediately diagnosed it, and explained what was occurring. He game me provided me an estimate which I found very fair, and work commenced. He was done in just under half an hour, was extremely professional, proficient, and left absolutely no mess in my kitchen! He advised me what to do if the problem reoccurs (apparently common with Samsung refrigerators) wished me a good day and left. I only wish all jobs at my home could be handled this easily! I'd hire this technician again in a heartbeat, and intend to look to this company first for all my repair needs.

very responsive. About 10 minutes after contacting through Angie's List (AL), we got a call to set up a time that day for a service call/repair. Their offer was applied immediately since they could tell we were contacting through AL. There was a 2 hour window given with a 30 minutes out notice. We were contacted and met up at the beginning of that window. The repairman was very pleasant and professional and was able to take care of the clog due to a small piece of cloth that had (fortunately) not done any damage to the drain pump blades. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

As I suspected the washing machine was not worth repairing. The tech evaluated the problem quickly, gave me a quote and agreed with my conclusion that I should not repair it. He was very nice and there was no pressure at all to do the repair ($420 to repair a 11 year old machine).

I did an online request and the lady called within 10 minutes to schedule me an appointment. A tech was supposed to be to my house between 3pm - 6pm and NEVER showed up. I called at 5:40pm and she said she was going to call back but never did. So I called at 6:20 (twice) and the company didn’t answer. So I called from another line a she says “ we are closed so maybe we can get you in tomorrow”. That was poor customer service with NO COMMUNICATION. Lost my business.

Excellent. The technician arrived on time ) the day after my phone call. After listening to my description he said it sounded like the moisture sensor was shutting down the dryer early. He took apart several parts of the dryer to check and see if there was another problem--none was found. He reassembled the dryer and suggested I use the timer setting for the light blankets. I have done that and have had no problem since then.

The repair man came out, open the doors agreed that the fan is hitting ice and said that he wasn’t familiar with this model and was not going to work on it and left. He suggested that I either completely defrost the refrigerator so the noise would stop, or that I defrosted a little bit so the repair man that does come out and does fix it could tell whether or not it’s a Freon issue. Complete waste of time and energy. He just didn’t want to move this big refrigerator in a tight spot.

We spoke with the technician in question and he informed us that he was not 100% comfortable working with that model because he had never seen it before plus he said it was a reburbished refrigerator. I do understand his position and I appreciate him being honest with himself and with our customers. I can assure you that we successfully repair thousands of machines every year and we will make sure the technician gets all the information needed to be able to repair that whirlpool model in the future. Repair my Appliance called me when I requested a bid. this was mid day on Friday. they made an appointment for me for Monday. I was called to verify the address on Monday and the appointment was completed Monday. the work was done and the dryer was working. I found them to be very nice, experienced with the work and reliable as they came when they said they would. I asked additional questions and they were addressed. I will use them again.

Very unacceptable. Am being very generous with my rating because nowhere in their description is it stated that this company does not do the repair. It seems to dispatch the jobs to various repair companies. It took 8 days from my initial contact to get my dryer repaired. I was rescheduled on the second day for day 6. To my surprise another company showed up having been assigned to my repair job. This company did an ok job but took days 6-8 to complete the work. Cannot find the company that did the repair on Angie's List. I will choose another company in the future.

I called last week to set up an appointment, they were supposed to come on 2/23/2018, they called and said they could not come but we agreed for them to come between 1:00pm to 4:00pm, on 2/26/2018, I said ok. He came today and as soon as he walked in, he said he was smelling cats and having problems breathing. He said he can only stay a few minutes. I told him we have not had cats in this house for 2 years. I kicked his *** out. The owner should have asked us told this about their tech. I do not recommend this employer to nobody. One comment I have this is the first company that you have to leave a message, then they will call back at their convenience. If you are a decent company, someone will be answering phone at first ring.
