"We sincerely apologize for providing an experience that was anything less than exceptional. We completely understand your frustration. We have looked in to your file and acknowledge that we have had trouble reaching you from our office phones. There was an unusual issue where we would call you and our calls would be rejected or dropped by the carrier. We did attempt to contact you via email and there was no reply. There were some attempts to call you from personal cell phones, but you may not have answered those because you did not recognize the caller ID. From your perspective, it is totally accurate that you were only able to get us on the phone when you called us. Our records do not show that we were late to your appointment, so we are not sure what the miscommunications may have been there. But we do agree that on the first day of your installation, our installer did not have all of the necessary materials needed to shape the Mull Cap for your bay window. As you stated, this work is to be completed on May 4th. We absolutely agree that is well beyond an acceptable time frame, unfortunately we were delayed due to the need to reorder a window, poor weather, and (as outlined above) difficulty reaching you. We take full responsibility for all of this. In the end, we will make sure your project is completed to your satisfaction. Not every job can go perfectly, but we always strive to make sure our customers are happy with the final product."
