In May 2017, the roof of our house in Austin, Texas, suffered severe hail damage. In August 2017 a new roof was constructed by Reliance Roofing Restoration and beautifully completed in a timely manner. The entire reconstruction process of the new roof was expertly led and supervised by the company representative, Mr. Ben Keiderling, who is knowledgeable in insurance claim procedure as well as technical aspect of the construction. Ben patiently explained the project details and walked us through the entire project. Ben and his crew were true professionals. They were competent, careful, thorough and paid attention to details. They showed their respect to our property by keeping work areas clean, free of debris especially sharp objects i.e. nails...They cooperative and promptly responded to our issues during the process. A few days after the completion of the roof, Ben followed up with us to make sure we are totally happy with their work. We are completely satisfied with the project and highly recommend Reliance Roofing to future customers.

Reliance roofing did a great job for me. They installed a new roof efficiently and at a reasonable price. The communication was great; Ben also liaised with the insurance so I didn't have to. They found more damage once they were installing the roof, and fixed it and then filed an additional claim with the insurance. The actual installation only took a couple of days and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable about roofs and roofing issues and was very thorough in walking us through what the process would look like. The weather didn't cooperate with us and the project ended up taking longer than expected. However, the firm and the crew were always professional and very communicative about updates/progress/ etc. we always knew where things stood with the project. We'd certainly hire them again...though we're hoping we won't have to!

Ben was quick with followup, from the initial free quote to scheduling the minor roof repairs I needed, and he was easy to get in touch with throughout the process. I was concerned about a few areas that needed to be fixed but I didn't want to replace the whole roof, and he didn't pressure me into a big repair. Instead he and his crew fixed the spots I was worried about, and even did some extra touch-up work without charging for it. I wasn't home when they did the work, so at my request Ben came by a week or two later to take me up on the roof and show me the places they worked on. I also needed some siding repairs done, and he put me in touch with his preferred siding contractor, who was great.

I am a contractor and this is the first time I have used Reliance Roofing. I was very pleased with the price point, work quality, they were their on scheduled time line and was pleasant to work with and he actually returned my calls! I would not hesitate to use this company again!
