Very disappointing experience with Reliable Pool Care. Off the bat, it sounds like a great proposal for what they charge on weekly visits. However, I noticed they added a one line $150 charge to my weekly cleaning for what amounted to changing the batteries on a remote control device. My wife and I spent 2+ hrs going back and forth on this with their staff. At first they said they would take the charge off, but then changed their mind. The second we went out of town their staff told us they would not service our pool anymore over the the battery changing dispute. I would be very cautious with this company as a new client. Just make sure to review invoices and do not agree to any extra one time services without first discussing pricing with them.

We moved into a new house with a pool this summer and decided to use Reliable Pool Care for the pool maintenance. They have done an excellent job with this, making owning a pool carefree. They have assisted with trouble shooting and problem solving before issues actually become problems. Their employees are reliable, pleasant and professional. I am comfortable contacting Bryan about any concerns or questions I have related to the pool. I would recommend them to others and plan to continue using them in the future.

I was shopping around for pool replastering quotes and called Reliable pool care late in the afternoon. No one was there so I left a message. Diana returned my call early next morning but I missed the call (how coincident). She left a message letting me know that unfortunately they don't do replaster.
I really appreciate their gesture and efforts of trying to address customer's needs even though they won't get anything for this round. Actually they do, I will for sure consider them again when I need someone to take care of the pool.
