Thorough trap distribution in attic and crawl space. Sealing of access holes to both spaces. Several repeat trips to check and empty traps. Responsive, professional, complete job, well done. A bit more expensive than I expected but in the end, it was justified.

We had a problem with rats and so someone recommended Rangers. They send Dorian to the house and I must say I was so impressed with him. He was so pleasant and polite and explained everything what he was doing. After that he came twice back and picked up some traps.He was always on time and I would highly recommend him and his company to my friends.

They showed up on time to provide a quote for treatment of an active termite infestation, but the guy being trained did most of the talking about what was going on, what they proposed to do, etc, and I felt like I knew more about termites than he did from having talked to the 1st contractor and researching online (plus an entomology class 15 years ago).  
The more experienced fellow tried to tell me they couldn't treat the plumbing in the affected wall - only the perimeter - because it was too difficult to reach.  However,  we received quotes from 4 other companies that had easy solutions for getting around his "problem."  
Most importantly, I did not feel like these men took me at all seriously, whether because I was still sleepy when they arrived at 7am Monday morning, or because I am a woman, or whatever.  We received quotes from 6 different companies in total,  some with much higher bids and some who proposed treatment plans I didn't feel were adequate, but this was the only company that I dismissed out of hand without any further consideration.

The technician was prompt and professional. Great to see lots of dead bugs all around the exterior of my home! Looking forward to getting on the recurring treatment plan to cover my future needs. Wish the service was a little cheaper, but the Angie's List coupon was cheerfully honored.

I called Ranger to give me an estimate to fix our mice problem.  The returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for that week.  The rep was on time, super friendly, and very respectful.  He walked inside and outside the house with me and showed me every area where the mice might be getting in, educating me along the way.  In the end, he told me the TRUTH, which was that he couldn't pinpoint exactly where he thought they were coming in.  He said they would be happy to take our money, but instead he recommended that we do a few simple things ourselves.  He told me exactly how to seal up some of the holes, told me what to buy, and gave me other tips.  I am so impressed when a provider knows they could collect a bunch of money from someone, but instead opts for the honest route!  I will be using Ranger for other needs in the future, and certainly will be telling others about their goodwill.

I have signed up for quarterly service and have been very happy with Ranger. Two different service professionals have been out, both very nice, knowledgable, and professional. The previous owners of our home didn't do a great job of keeping pests under control. I noticed an immediate difference after the first treatment, and have continued to treat quarterly to keep things under control. During the winter in cut back a bit and only have the outside treated. I will continue to use Ranger.

I needed the service. I called them Wednesday afternoon and they came out Friday morning. They were on time, gave us a quote and were able to provide the service that same day. Just one employee came out and he was here for about 3 hours. He was professional and really helpful.

They've been super great.  This last time I even forgot they were coming and they sent a reminder and rescheduled when I couldn't be there.  Just great.

Ranger Pest Control showed up on time and completed my initial service in a timely manner.  They were also able to get under the house to spray in the crawl space.  All of my questions were answered, and after almost six months, still no signs of cockroaches.  I will definitely call Ranger in the future if needed.

I have been using Ranger for about four years now.  They have tackled some pretty tough problems for me, including scorpion infestations.  They are VERY prompt, professional, courteous and reliable.  They return calls quickly and help you troubleshoot tricky situations.  They also pre-schedule your next appointment and send you a postcard reminder and offer online payment.

These guys were great. Promptly returned my calls and were able to come out on short notice.
Richard arrived on time and showed me where the carpenter ants (he had the specific name for them) were traversing.He seemed very familiar with these insects' habits- they never had a chance.

I have used Ranger in the past with previous homes that I have purchased and they did an excellent job.
I purchased a house in March of this year and called them to perform a standard pest control treatment on the house. They were professional and courteous and arrived on time. Then a week later after removing paneling from the interior walls of my garage I found active termites. The termites were behind the paneling, there were no visible signs of the house having termites until I removed the paneling. I called Ranger and the owner came out and treated the entire house. He was professional and courteous as usual and arrived on time. The termites are now gone, and since then I have removed more paneling from inside the house and have found where there was active termites but due to his treatment on the entire house the termites are now dead and gone.  I am very pleased with his work and will use his services again!
