Ranchland Construction Technical Services

We purchased a little fixer-upper in a remote part of China Spring, Texas. We have been able to do a lot of things ourselves but one thing we were NOT willing to risk was removing a load-bearing wall in order to open up to the view to the river. Jerry traveled almost 2 hours to give us a FREE estimate (no travel fee!) He was very professional and friendly, took measurements, and gave us a bid within 48 hours. His wife, Olga, sent us a contract with details of what was to be done, which was great because it covered both parties. (I have had to formally request contracts in the past with other contractors but this is just part of how Ranchland respects their clients.) Jerry told us he wanted to see if he could find a steel beam that was pre-made to save us money. He started working on the project in the time-frame provided and completed it on time. 

I am just going to say that we nearly fell over when we saw the results!! This is a cinder block wall and I really was not sure how he was going to make this happen. Not only did he open up the wall, insert the steel beam, but the house was left cleaned up, both inside and out. We are so glad we had this done and used Ranchland. Jerry also freely and generously gave advice on other questions we had about beams and walls in the house. We are so pleased with the results that we have secured Ranchland to build our retaining wall.
