Rafael did an excellent job

He did a fine job with it. He hardly spoke English but did beautiful work. It was a family operated business. He and his family came out to do the work. I called several other service providers before I got to him. In the process, I got to know as to what they should or should not do. I got a number of service providers who would install the Hardie board on the existing cedar but he said no to that. He ripped off all the cedar and installed Hardie board over a disclaimed film. He did everything that he was supposed to do. He did beautiful and very good work. His price included all the materials. He did not speak English but his son spoke fluent English and he had to interpret. I could converse a little bit in Spanish. I had to speak to his son as well because I could not express when they got the plan and I needed someone to help.

The downfall with this guy is that he only speaks Spanish. You will have to have his son help translate when you need to speak to Rafael. He does a great job and he only uses family to work on his homes. I would use his services again.

He specializes in Hardy Board siding. He is very easy to work with. He would come to me if he had questions on how I would like things done. He made suggestions on how it could look better. His company is family owned and operated. He does very beautiful work. At the end of everyday he cleaned up everything up.
