MassBur replaced our very large roof (2500+ sq ft 2 story house) as well as 2 side vents following the April hail storm. The staff did an amazing job advocating for us with the insurance company, offered us multiple options for our roof replacement, took the time to teach us about roofing materials and installation, and installed a high quality architectural shingle roof with all new vents in one day while being sure to leave the side clean and we're very careful not to damage our newly installed air conditioning system. Their pricing is on point, competitive, and the quality of the work exceeds the cost. They came highly recommended by my father-in-law who has also used them with superior results and I highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs or roofing!

I first contacted Massbur Construction in early May regarding water leaks at 2 locations. The first time, they said they would inspect it, but did not follow up, so I tried other contractors. I tried them again in late May, but as soon as I told them that my insurance would not cover the cost of the roof, but only the ceiling damage, they did not follow up with a quote. I am disappointed.

Process was quick and communication was great. James and team were professional, to the point and completed everything timely right before another few days of rain came in. Thanks!

The job was professionally done and pictures were sent throughout the job to show what an excellent job they were doing. Very easy to work with and I would highly recommend MassBur Construction to anyone needed roofing or carpentry work and I plan on using them for all of my future jobs. Initially insurance only wanted to approve $2500 for repairs. James worked with our insurance company and was able to get $10,000 for a new roof approved. New roof was installed promptly and without any issues.

My experience with MassBur Construction has been nothing short of phenomenal. After discovering that my roof was in dire need of repairs, I reached out to a roofing company that had done work on my neighbor's home. They came by and gave me a run down of what was needed and let me know that I did indeed have some hail and wind damage. The guy was thorough and courteous, but after I expressed my desire to contact my insurance company to see if I could get things covered, he left me with a bit of info and went on his way. After an initial call to my insurance company I decided to entertain other offers and put out a request online. MassBur Construction was quick to reply and we scheduled an inspection. My initial call with my insurance adjuster was not promising. Before even coming out or asking me any questions he immediately informed me that the last severe hail storm was well over a year ago. James and Chris from MassBur came over and did their inspection and immediately did a check on the accuracy of that weather report and I was elated when they informed me that the last severe hail storm was actually in April of this year! Not only that, but their inspection lined up exactly with the inspection I had previously received, letting me know these guys were definitely on the level. They offered to send their assessment along with the clarification on April's storm to my adjuster and even volunteered to be here on the day he came by. Chris was here on time and shadowed my adjuster during his assessment and was key in helping us state our case. The adjuster had changed his tune thanks to the diligence of these guys and I got my claim. In the following days, Chris and James stayed in close contact with me and walked me through the process and we set up a schedule. The crew came the afternoon before the job to drop off materials and started bright and early the following day. They were done by late afternoon. The crew did a phenomenal job and they made sure to clean up everything afterwards. My family and I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us. Chris and James are definitely legit and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Trust me, if you've never gotten your roof replaced, it helps to have a team like this in your corner. They don't just inspect and move on. They educate and advocate for you to help you get what you need. And they see the job through.

MassBur construction was great, no long sales pitches, no wasting time, and very helpful in regards to financing and timelines. The day we paid our deposits, materials were ordered and the roof was installed in a day. I can’t recommend them enough for turning such a stressful purchase into such a hassle free project.

Great these guys responded to my call right away. Came and inspect my needs right away. They worked on getting the work done as fast as they could. Clean after themselves beautifully. They worked beyond 100 percent trying to help me get my repairs done. The work looks great and they check work to make sure anything was done right. Great team will rehire in the future.

WOW, can't say enough great things about James and his crew. They definitely went above and beyond, not only with the roof but also how they handled this situation in a calm and professional manner. I needed immediate help with my roof that had been damaged due to a storm, I had tried other roofers but none were able to come the day of to give me a quote. I called James and his crew, and they arrived within the hour, within the next 30 minutes I had a quote and they took the time to go over my options and thoroughly describe what each one meant and how I could reduce my payment as much as possible. I'd 100% recommend James and his crew for any job, they showed they are true professionals and really care about their customers.
