The friendly guys at QualTech did a great job diagnosing and repairing my rough running car. They were able to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours and got back to me with a written estimate that was quite reasonable. They fixed my problem and had me on my way in no time at all. It?s not easy finding skilled mechanics who know their stuff and shoot straight. I know this because I?ve owned cars for almost 50 years and I?m always excited when I find a great shop like QualTech.

The service is great.  I trust them for anything wrong with my car.  They are very honest.  They are very convenient, they take me home, pick me up or take me where ever I need to go.  They do most of my small repairs the same day.  They are the only place I take my car for an oil change.

They had sent a coupon at christmas for $25 off my next service. I think it is great that they send their customers coupons. We have never had a problem with them.

The experience went excellent.  I have used them for 2 years.  They were very nice, cooperative, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

QualTech Automotive figured out it was the transmission filter leaking. The cost of the repair was $60. The dealer had given me a quote of over $900 to replace the transmission pan, harness, and filter. The dealer didn't take the time to figure out what the problem was. Their solution was to replace everything, and the leak will be fixed.

These guys are GREAT! normally I deal with Richie but he was on vacation and Kurtis took great care of me. Said my front brakes were fine but rears needed to be replaced. Took care of it the same day prompt and professional. i i i recomend all of my friends to these guys.

Qualtech is a quality shop.  They are absolutely awesome.  Because they are relatively small, one shop operation they know me and they know my cars.

Qual Tech automotive is the only place we take our cars.  They are not out to get you like many of the other shops.  They have great service that is fast at a great price!  I know I can count on them for all my car needs.  The mechanics are all certified and a few of them there have cerifitcation for foreign cars so even if you own a BMW, Mercedez, Porche, etc....they know how to operate on those cars.  Thank you Qual Tech for taking care of us for the past few years!

I called and got an appointment almost right away.  I left my truck the night before with a note telling them what I wanted done.  Curtis called early in the morning to go over what I wanted and to clarify a few things before they started.  It was only a couple of hours later that I got the call to tell me what they had done & how much the bill.  I asked for a few discounts I'm entitled to and they were applied.  Pick-up was a breeze!!  A quick in & out because the receipt was ready & all questions had been answered during the phone call...just pay & go!

They provide good quality of service but the price was a little higher than anticipated.

They were courteous and professional from the first phone call through the end of the process. I will definitely use them again.

They were unable to properly diagnose what was wrong with my car.  They fix everything but the problem.  Everything I paid for did not fix the problem.  They never checked the fuel filter which caused the engine to run improperly.  And because of that it caused the manifold plenum to explode.  And I had to pay a more qualified repair shop $3900 to get my car running again.  In addition to that, they charged me $100 that they said they had undercharged me for a year before on a different repair.  Which I paid, but I found it highly unprofessional for a business to do that.  When they had my car in for service, it was never ready when it was promised and there was several hundred miles put on my car while it was in their care. 

They are really good. They seemed to be honest and do a good work. I have taken my truck there. They deal with people in a straightforward manner.

I found their service fair, reasonable and consistently on-time and on estimate.

We have always been very impressed with them and the service that they have given us. There were a couple of other things that they said we could have done, but they didn?t recommend or push us to spend more than we needed to, which we really liked. Their prices are fair, but you can get cheaper service elsewhere. We would definitely use their services in the future too.
