Mike Rawls did the initial check for mold between my property and my neighbor's. He was extremely polite and prompt. He was very thorough. He and his company were excellent. The company is very busy, but they took the time to explain everything and to inspect everything throughly. It was very reasonable, price-wise. It is rare to find someone you can trust and have confidence in; I recommend him to everyone.

Ok, well at 11pm following my son's indiscretion with the bathtub, I realized that this water was everywhere on the slab. I found out when walking on the carpet, not just looking at it.  I researched a little and came up with Puro Clean by about 230 am.   I called not expecting to get anyone but the operator and Mike answered (the owner). He walked me through some questions and all the questions I had about this catastrophe and then promised to come look at 8 am.  He was there right then even after a middle of hte night conversation and in 1 hour had an estimate for me.  I would have rather not had the expense at all, but I was glad that he came in around the 1000 mark for the services.  We also had an Angieslist coupon, which he applied, to help with costs as well.  His team was very professional and set up their stuff and we began drying.  This took 4 days to complete, but we had a lot of water. The machines are crazy noisy but some family members liked that.  Meanwhile, through all the visits, my family just really enjoyed our conversations with Mike.  By the time they were done, I had not only dried my house out, but had learned a great deal about how water behaves and how things get dry.  Though I know their load is significant as one of the moisture remediation companies in Austin, I always felt that Mike had plenty of time to discuss anything we wanted to know.  We ended up asking them to reinstall our baseboard and stretch the carpet (which was saved) and that was another $140, but it was done well. The estimate was right on the money.  There were a few minor things that we asked to have fixed and they gladly adjusted them.
What we didn't know was that we'd see Mike and his team again in  2 months when almost the same thing happened with the sink.  this time it became necessary to drill holes under cabinets to make sure that mold did not have an opportunity to form under them, and to dry out the carpets once again.  I was freaking out that it would be more money (we didn't want to make an insurance claim) and so Mike worked with us (his repeat customers!) to find a way to reduce some of the costs by being creative. I was grateful that he had mercy on a family that keeps having these accidents. Finally, the house is dry, the kids have been advised, we have been educated, and we know who to call. It was a good experience, even while not one that was wanted.

A fault with the plumbing in my house resulted in water pouring onto the floor of the upper level of my 3 story house.  The house was not occupied at the time and the water ran for 3-4 hours undetected before I kind neighbor noteced water cascading off the balcony on the 2nd floor and into the yard.   The flood did extensive damage on all three floors but in my opinion this was significantly reduced by the very rapid response from PuroClean.  They were on-site very quickly, took charge of the situation and deployed a lot of equipment to dry out the walls and wooden floors.  All of their staff were very professional and a pleasure to deal with in a difficult situation and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very fast response. I called my insurance company to tell them that I had a leak coming from within my wall. They told me to call Lynn from Puro Clean. She had someone come out to my home within the hour to check on the water damage. They were able to dry out the water inside the wall and then i was able to eventually get my pipe repaired. They did not charge me anything for going out and checking on my problem.
