their assessments, and very professional in their scoping and bidding on the
job. The most important part of any contracting job, in my opinion, is
EXECUTION of the stated goals and objectives. Their team went above and
beyond in every area and performed the project with excellent precision.
Even when we added an "upgrade option" midstream, Pro-Services' team
responded in a timely manner, made the requested changes, and still
"over-performed" for my project.
In a time when "Say what you are going to
do" and "Do what you say" are more important than ever, Pro

They are really great. Shannon in the office was really helpful. Philip and Mike were very professional and very prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. I have friends that have used them. We would absolutely use them again in the future. I am about to call them again for another job. We are about to have them come out and do an even longer list of things.

i had three small painting jobs to complete and no time to deal with them. Pro-Service came out on Tuesday, July 5 to assess the job. They arrived promptly, in uniform and with identification. They quickly and thoroughly reviewed my jobs, listened to my thoughts, and added their suggestions. Shannon, the office assistant, phoned me later that evening to let me know the estimate was ready and that if I was ready, they could begin the two-day project the next day. She then e-mailed me the contract to be signed. The crew showed up the next morning, got to work, and finished the job on time and on budget. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very pleasant. Philip, Mike, Alex, and the other guys were professional, friendly, and it was very easy to work with them. I had just about had it with my crazy old house, but decided to make one last ditch effort to complete renovations before giving up and selling. And boy am I glad I did! I have fallen back in love with my house and feel like I have a partner to help me maintain it. Currently, I am waiting on Philip for an estimate on my next project and hope to have it complete within the next few weeks.

Went pretty well. I had the original bid done in 2009 and had them come back out before scheduling the work to see if they would honor the bid or wanted to re-bid. They agreed to honor the original bid. All went fine with the work they did on the house. They did an incredible job on the house. They did one coat on the fence and it looked terrible, so I called and asked them to come back out. They did and applied a second coat but it still looked only mediocre, so I called and asked them to take a look. They agreed to come back out but did charge another $490 for the work to put on the third coat. They said that it had been a year, and the wood was more porous, which is likely true, but is also why I had them come out and take a second look before scheduling the work. The office staff, the main business owner, and the folks doing the work were all super nice. The guys showed up on time, though we had some date confusion once, but that could easily have been my misunderstanding. They did an absolutely great job on the house painting it looks fantastic and the fence looks pretty darned good now even though it wound up costing extra.

It took them two days to paint our entire house and that is what we had agreed upon. I was very impressed with how they cleaned up section by section and kept the whole job tidy. The paint job looks great and we have not noticed any paint bubbling at all. It was also pretty easy to get them here to do the work.
