We have used Pro-line several times and I am always so pleased.  Greg, the owner is incredibly personable and will go out of his way to do what the client wants.  For example, we had this huge, super heavy rug downstairs that we wanted to put under our bed upstairs.  It was quite an adventure to say the least, but Greg and his team were upbeat about it - even though it was a pain in the neck!

It went very well.  We have used Greg Dill/Pro-Line on a number of occasions in the past.  He is always punctual, reasonable, and has done an outstanding job even on some very tough stains on wool carpet.  We have no hesitancy in recommending him or using using him in the future.

Outstanding service.  Outstanding value.  Greg is not the cheapest but he is the best.  Wouldn't use anyone else.

Greg Dill worked diligently and cheerfully, with major equipment!, to clean 2 room sized carpets. it took a fair amount of time, and I am happy to say that a large stain in the 100% wool carpet vanished. I was getting ready to have to buy a new one bc it was so unsightly.

He was on time and did a very through job.

We had thought that we were going to have to change out our 12 yr old porcelain tile because the grout was so bad and the travertine-look and quot;cracksand quot; had collected dirt that i could not get out with heavy elbow grease and brushing. Someone recommended Greg and I called because removing tile is a form of h***. Wow! It worked everywhere and made a huge difference. The only little area that did not come out fantastic was a spot that the dog had laid on for 10 years by the A/C intake (big dog sleeping drool). It is absolutely amazing and so much less money and pain than replacing the tile.
Greg showed up on time for everything - the bid and the work. He responded to phone calls for rescheduling and worked with us.

They are awesome. They are miracle workers for my carpet. I really like them. I call them for big jobs and regular maintenance. I would definitely refer him to others for sure.

He did an excellent job, and explained his procedure. He was prompt and very professional.

I spent $500 on that service. He did a fantastic job on everything. The quality of his work was good. It is just one guy and he did a great job. I would tell others that I think that he is a high-end carpet and upholstery cleaner. He is really reliable. I thought that the price was a little high, but he did a good job, so it was worth it.

They house was empty with pet odors and stains. Greg made several trips and application.

Greg came in while I was gone. When I returned the job was finished. He did a great job!

They were a little late that morning but called to warn us about the delay. They were not able to remove the stains and smell where our cat has been urinating. They were able to remove some bleached spots on our master bath room carpet. We plan to have them return to work on the urine stains in the near future.The price for this service was less than the telephone guote that they gave me.

Greg's work was excellent. Outside drapery cleaning was too expensive.

I've used several different carpet cleaners before, but they do not have the skills or pride of work that Greg has. Greg owns his own company and does all his own work. That makes a big difference in workmanship. Greg is a pro.

Excellent. He is awesome! He moved stuff around, was very clean and pleasant. He has also cleaned my upholstery and saved my carpet from some impossible stains, he removed hair dye from it!!!!

The first time I hired Pro-Line, the owner, Greg Dill, showed up early and did an excellent job. It was important to me that the owner of the company worked on my job - I didn't want a rookie from a big company. Greg even followed up after the job and offered to return if I was unhappy with any portion of the work. He's had my business ever since. A year ago, I had a duplex that was musty and he did a top notch job on the entire place. This August, again, a great job and no complaints on my rug; all evidence of my sister's dog was gone.

Greg did excellent work, and he was competitively priced. Although some of the carpeting was relatively old and shabby looking, he made it look acceptable. He removed a long-standing stain from one of the dining room chairs and cleaned the others. Although the chair seats had been re-upholstered some 15 years ago, he made them look new. The spot treatment of the dhurrie rug and chair removed the red wine stains and enabled me to avoid incurring the costs of cleaning the entire rug and chair -- or even worse, budgeting to purchase a new rug or to re-upholster the chair. Greg provided excellent customer service. The cleaning was done around a move. He picked up the sofa cushions and dining room chair seats the day before I moved and delivered them to my new residence on the second day following move-in. At the time he delivered these items, he also cleaned the sofa and removed the red wine stains. As a result, I spent only a day "camping out." Although he arrived an hour late on one occasion, he let me know well in advance. This did not create a problem because he gave me enough notice that I could adjust my "to-do" list accordingly.

Greg arrives on time, moves all the furniture himself, does an excellent job with the carpet, leaves the house looking wonderful!

It's an individually owned company, and he does all his own work. He's prompt and will tell you what he can and can't do. He's just very customer friendly and follows up to make sure that everything turned out ok. He's very clean when he comes in and out, is careful about your furniture and just does an outstanding job!

I've always been happy. I'm a residential property manager and I use them pretty extensively on my properties. Their pricing has been competitive with other companies that I've used. It's been great and I'll continue to use them.

Greg Dill does all the work himself - he doesn't hand off the job to an inexperienced employee. Greg responded quickly, professionally, and showed up ON TIME. I scheduled him to arrive before I had to leave for work and he was EARLY to the job. He did such a great job on my carpets and couch I recommend him to all of my friends. He used high-quality protectants on my carpet and he was incredibly affordable. I wouldn't hire anyone else. Also, he has great coupons on his website!
