Prescription Pest

I love Prescription Pest. When we first moved into our house there were rats in the attic and tons of bugs all over the house. I first called out a national, well-known pest control company to take care of the rats in the attic and when they tried to sell me a termite treatment for a couple thousand dollars I found Prescription Pest. They came out and took care of the rat problem, sealing up builders gaps, as well as the insect problem inside. I love that they are a small family owned company and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They have always been super responsive, quick to come out and solve the problem. Today I had Tyrone out to spray the house for insects. He was very professional in walking through the house with me to see what areas concerned me the most. He also was informative about what he was doing and what might happen (for example, the power spraying outside might cause me to see some more bugs inside as they try to escape, but not to worry they'd be dead or dying). Tyrone was polite, quick, and courteous. I won't ever go with another pest control company.

When we first moved in the house in 2006, they gave excellent (A+) service. Promptly we were called and appointment set up. After our last service in September, we expected to be called in December, but nothing. Forgetting about it for a couple of months with my medical problems, we then started with another company. Still have heard nothing from them. 

 

They?re real good! They do the weed control for our neighborhood association. I would recommend them. Their prices are competitive and you don?t have to wait too long to get them.

It went very well. Jason did a very good job of showing me his areas of concern and gave me an explanation of what needed to be done.

They were very professional at the work. They did all the work with in a week for us. They were very courteous. They showed up on time to do the work.
