We could not be happier with the siding job completed by Premium. We worked with Joe who was so professional, kind and who always communicated with me. The job started on time, the workers arrived on time every day and cleaned up before they left. It was a big project but it turned out beautifully. Our 90’s house looked brand new by the time they finished. I would absolutely work with this company again, every step of the way was easy and I appreciated how much care they took in our home. Joe and his team did an excellent job and we are grateful.

Everything went well. Frank came out to give an estimate, and spent a good amount of time discussing what would be done and how. Karina in the front office was good at communicating the schedule and where we were in the process. One crew came out to remove old siding, wrap the house and install the new siding & trim; they were great at keeping the house & lot cleaned up and free of trash. Another crew came for painting, and they were also very tidy. I appreciated that, when we informed the office of an upcoming out-of-town time we had planned, they managed the schedules of the painting crew so that they were finished before we left -- that was great! The house looks so much better than it had, and the snugness of our siding now seems to have eliminated the incursion of small animals into the attic!

We were very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and punctuality of the crew and supervisor on this job. My husband, who has done construction over 30 years, told them he wished his crews were half as good as these guys. They showed up on time, worked until lunch break and then worked until time to clean up and go. They cleaned up after themselves every day and even had a big dumpster driven to load out all the trash. And we love our windows—we’ve had several heavy rainstorms with no issues. We have a 1900 stone farmhouse, so the install was a bit tricky, and required painting, a little demo and caulking. We would use Premier again in a heartbeat.

We had HardyPlank replaced on one entire side of our house, as well as the replacement of rotten wood and a new (giant) eyebrow window. Staff were punctual, finished the job quickly, and disrupted our lives as little as possible. Our house looks like new. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price very fair for the level of work. My husband and I recommend highly.

Excellent. They installed a quality product in Hardie goods in a reasonable time frame and did a great job. The workers were a friendly, professional group who hauled away their debris everyday. The finished product looks outstanding. We have gotten many compliments from the neighborhood.

Very satisfied, customer service excellent and started work on time. Exceeded expectations in completing all work a week ahead of schedule. I have other planned projects and Premium Siding and Painting will be the first I call.

Being a novice and no time to spare because of my work schedule, I had to trust that the work would be professionally done. I had little to no contact with the workers. I would leave early in the morning before daylight and return late at night, not able to really see what was being done. My nephew and son would report on what they observed. If I thought there was a problem, all I had to do was call Premium Siding and all was explained or taken care of. I have to admit that the one time I thought there was a problem, it really was not. After an explanation, I saw my problem was no problem at all, but work in progress. I really didn't get a chance to see the finished job until two weeks after the work had been completed. My son signed off on the job and paid the contractor for me. Nevertheless, when I was able to get a good look at the house, I was thoroughly satisfied and excited about my new home look. The work on my home began Jan 2, 2017 and was completed in a week's time. Even though the price was competitive, I chose Premium Siding because of an Angie's List recommendation. It is now August and I'm finally able to write a review. Unfortunately, my job is very demanding and I'm just finding time to write this review. I couldn't just let it go because Premium Siding went far and beyond what I imagined the finished product would look like. Thank you Premium Siding and Angie's List!

I was impressed by Frank and his operation at Premium Siding and Painting. They were prompt in responding to my questions (Karina in the office was great), respectful of my time and schedule, completed the job on schedule and in a high quality fashion. Price was reasonable and well worth it for a quality job.

When Frank says he wants to treat you as if you're family, he really means it! From the beginning to the end we were treated with professionalism, greeted with a smile each day, personable and the crew was never too busy to answer our questions. They accommodated special requests that we made and I felt as if they were always willing to go the extra mile. The crews were great, always in a good mood, fast, hard working. You could tell that they enjoy what they do and took a lot of pride in a job well done. They even painted our garage doors to match the house paint. I'm sure my experience wasn't unique from anyone else, but I was made to FEEL unique; that my job was the most important one at that moment. I absolutely, highly recommend Premium Siding & Painting to get the job done!

Frank's crew did a GREAT job! They were very professional and detailed. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied until the end. I would most definitely recommend Premium Siding and Painting to anyone who is looking to have their siding and windows replaced. The office staff was very kind and also kept me informed of what was going on. I will be calling them to return to work on my deck next summer.

Everything went well.  The team was very flexible and eager to please.  At once point I realized that they weren't going to paint a piece of trim that was far off in an inconvenient part of the house, and it may or may not have been a part of the job, from their perspective.  I asked them about it and they were more than happy to get the ladders out and ensure I was happy.  They recommended that I pick up the paint myself in order to save time and money, and to ensure the color matching was what I wanted.  This worked out really well too.

R.J. gave me my options and an explanation of the work to be done. He was very professional, timely  and the company's work was performed as described. The finished product looks great and was well worth the agreed price. I will definitely use this company in the future, if needed.

The Premium Siding & Painting folks were easy to work with, responsive, and knocked the jobs out incredibly fast.  They were even flexible when we needed to delay the painting of our garage door (it had been previously damaged and the installation of a new door was delayed) & sent a crew out separately to finish that after the main job was done.

This company is fantastic.  R.J. MacNabb came out and did the bid. He was professional, attentive to my needs and followed up with the bid overnight. The crews arrived when they said they would and worked diligently in the August heat.  They really were masters at their jobs. I met with Frank Jaimes at the end of the job. He came out to make sure I was satisfied with the work and assured me that  they stood behind the quality of their work.
I am really glad I chose this company. My house looks great and I will surely use them again for other projects.

First of all the crew was very professional and very detail oriented. Everything they would use, they would hand cut each piece to fit my home. I used this company because they were the most affordable and had good reviews on Angie's List.

This is the most professional company that I have ever worked with.  RJ, the owner was quick to respond and patient in dealing with my homeowners association.  The work was completed in an amazingly quick fashion and the workers were so polite and thorough.  They cleaned the entire site each night before they left.  They even rebuilt a gate that was falling into disrepair.  I would hardily recommend them to anyone needing siding, painting or other remodeling projects around the home

I agonized over choosing a siding/window company for months while the siding on my house was literally falling off every time the wind blew! I got several estimates but still didn't feel comfortable committing. One morning I was out walking and passed the PSP crew working on a house in my neighborhood. I notice how organized they seemed and the next few mornings I would see the crew working- showing up bright and early every day.
  Scott came out and gave me an estimate. He was very patient and actually came a second time to answer more questions. 
 I also wanted to replace my windows at the same time as my siding. I really didn't want to do the vinyl replacements that most siding companies recommended. I wanted to use Marvin Integrity. Scott was very accommodating. He and Frank(the owner) came out and measured for the windows and then Scott met me at BMC to place my window order.
After the windows came in PSP started work very quickly!
They worked quickly and efficiently. At the end of each work day they left the site very clean and neat. They showed up on time every day. Very polite and pleasant to be around. Couldn't ask for a better crew!
 When small problems came up (I had an old intercom that I had forgotten to ask them to remove and cap off)-the foreman just smiled and pulled off the newly added siding and then covered the hole. My strange house wiring presented some problems when it came to reinstalling some exterior lights but they worked diligently to figure it out.
We had a little issue with some of the window installations but they were able to come up with solutions that were perfectly acceptable. I was impressed with how they stand behind their work and are willing to address any and all issues with a smile!
The end result is that my house looks awesome! I can't get over the change-it looks like a new house!
