Precision just installed beautiful quartzite counters in our kitchen and bathrooms, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We stumbled on them by a Google search, and just showed up at their fabrication location. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Carlye answered our questions, and was very helpful. He headed up the project for us with Sharon's help, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. They came twice to make sure their templates were correct (we changed a measurement on an eating area overhang), and had amazing communication throughout the entire process. Their crew arrived on time, were efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. On top of this, they beat other bids on price by several hundred to a couple thousand dollars! When we do our next project, we won't hesitate to call them again!

Precision never installed a soapstone sink and should have refused the job. The sink still leaks despite multiple attempts to remedy the problem.
