Their price was a little higher than average, but they were just excellent across the board. They knew what they were doing.

Finding their location was a little painful, until I realized they had rented out storage units for their offices (which is actually pretty smart!). The manager was very friendly, showing me around their various offices and the services they offered. My camera was fixed and i've had no issues since. Thanks!

They are good. They are a very reliable camera store and a developing house. They are a little bit expensive. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Had to rent a comcorder to film a meeting - I know Nothing about camcorders. Noel was very helpful, found me the right equipment within my price range, patiently showed me all the buttons and was generally a pleasure to work with. Everything worked well. I could have transferred the images from the camera to a DVD on my computer if I had the right software and the time to figure it out. Precision did this for me for a $40 fee which I thought was high, but work was good.

I have rarely been dissapointed with the service or products.

Precision sent off our Canon to their authorized repair center in May. We paid for that service, and it was under a 90-day warranty. We took it in again a couple of weeks ago, but it was just barely out of the warranty period. We explained we'd only used it twice since they originally fixed it. A technician at the service desk spoke on our behalf to the authorized repair center, urging them to not charge a deposit. When Precision called us to pick up our camera, we were told they cleaned everything again, replaced some parts, and there would be no charge. I think it's great when a company stands behind their work, and Precision did!
