We were really impressed with PK's responsiveness. We were only in the house we were remodeling on weekends and he came out on short notice. He was professional and very pleasant. Of the three general contractors we contacted, he was the only one to respond and show up. Unfortunately, we found a great price for the work elsewhere but I wouldn't  hesitate calling him again for another estimate. He impressed us by his pointing out things we hadn't considered.
