This was a big job and Phil was conscientious, prompt and efficient.  He was able to remove a long hardwood threshold that at the entrance to our patio without damaging it.  He installed baseboard tracks for the wiring along parts of three walls and everything looks great. Phil did not have time to go through the complete operation with us on the day of the installation, so he returned several days later (after we had time to try the equipment out ourselves), re-checked the set-up and gave us additional instruction.  While he was doing that, he was running a couple of clean-up programs on our  five-year old computer to improve the performance.  
We would definitely call on Phil again and we highly recommend him to anyone needing computing and technical help.
