Went very well. Perry and his carpenter assistant arrived on schedule, prepped the area for debris removal, set up relevant work areas and prepared the slide to move this rather larger 300lb window unit into the loft area is was to be installed in. The team worked quickly, efficiently and their work was precision. They also were amenable to a work change order involving adding an electrical box and wiring to the loft ceiling for a ceiling fan. Very professional and high quality workmanship.
