I use Banfield. It is through PetSmart.” It’s not insurance, but you pay a monthly fee and it covers certain things and the dental is covered. It’s called a Wellness Plan. It covers 2 exams per year and a dental cleaning per year.

The veterinary service was done at Banfield Hospital. It was a positive experience. When I asked them questions, they were willing to answer. They saw us right away. They saw me struggling and they helped me out. They came actually to the aisle to show me certain things and I thought that was good.

The staff at Petsmart grooming were very patient and professional. My yorkie is very high strung and nervous. They were patient and calm with him enabling him to calm down. They did a very good job with the grooming. They know very well how to deal with his sensitive skin.

My yorkie mix is a cuddler and nervous in new situations. Again, the staff were calm and patient and she is now more comfortable going there.

The cost is a bit high but they do a fantastic job and have not had any complaints so far, so for my pups, it is worth it.

They are timely as well.

We are traveling in our RV and are new to the area. Our dog (a pomeranian) is 16 years old and need grooming. I had not had good luck with PetSmart grooming services in the past but it was close and I knew how to get to it. I called first to make sure there was a groomer who could do a and quot;Teddy Bearand quot;cut on our pmeranian. The goomer's name is Heather. She did a wonderful job of listening to my request for the type of cut, the clipper blade size, our dogs knee and back issues, etc. and describing the cut back to me to make sure what I wanted. Heather did an outstanding job on the cut. She remarked that she let him rest inbetween the stages of his grooming so she did not put stress on his kness and back. Our dog was very relax and happy when I picked him up. I will be taking him back again and will ask for Heather. Thanks Heather!

I have enjoyed the obedience class experience. I feel like the trainer has been professional, and she is always willing to help me with personal questions about my dog. The class has also been good for my dog's social skills.
