This was a very impressive job done by a company new to me and via an Angie's special deal. The owner, Tal Sprinkles, came personally to first evaluate the pending job and then was on site during the entire job due to it's complexity and demanding nature. I was initially impressed by Mr. Sprinkles' professionalism and immediate knowledge of the trees/shrubs in terms of both botany and city regulations. His flexibility during my changing schedule was also very much appreciated. On the day of the job, his crew was notable in their professionalism and courtesy when interacting with me. This was a very difficult job, with much of the shrubbery fraught with thorns and done during very punishing heat of the day. Nevertheless, the job was completed with astounding efficiency, proficiency, conscientiousness, and thoroughness. The clean-up was more complete than I have ever experienced in my 30 + years at this residence. Since the job completion, I have received 'thanks and kudos' from all my adjoining neighbors and have passed on referral info for this company. I will certainly use them again in the future and can recommend them without any hesitation or reservation. I know I got more than my money's worth, and even though I urged Mr. Sprinkles to add on what he thought fair based on the extreme demandingness of this job which I thought was above the special price of the Angie's Deal, he did not-- which speaks to his high integrity and dedication to customer service. I am open to personal contact regarding any further feedback if desired, via the Angie's List backchannels.

"There was a miscommunication about which boards to remove. Once Mrs. pointed out the mistake, we immediately purchased replacement wood and installed. We apoogized for error and did all that we could be make it right. Mrs. cancelled service and we did not have the opportunity to show her our service."
