These guys are awesome - would highly recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping no matter how big or small and outdoor kitchen work.

Terrible. This company is considerably more expensive than the local crews, but no better. In fact, after "trimming" some rose bushes (butchering is a more apt description), some died. This company is not at all worth the extra cost

Perfect Lawns does a super job for us.   since 2007.     regular lawn maintenance.  We appreciate them and will continue to use them for years to come.    professional, courteous, responsive, dependable.

It was great. Very professional. I was contacted first by a manager that waled the proposed work with me. Date was set for work, 2 man crew showed up on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again!

Brent, Bruce and Autumn-I have always had a good working relationship with Jared Sanders but I was unaware that Jared had left the employ of your company. Because of that I had been unable to get him regarding follow up on several things regarding a planned party at our house last night. In frustration, I called Brittany and told her of my situation regarding maintenance on our yard and some outdoor lighting issues that I thought would be done by the time of our gathering. Because it was so late, even I knew it would be hard to interrupt your scheduling to get our work done before our event. I was pleasantly shocked and amazed at the positive result of my call to Brittany on the very morning before the party. Brittany worked miracles and handled all of my problems in a most professional manner. If Brittany is indicative of the capability of the people you have working for you, you should consider yourselves very fortunate. Thanks, Steve

Over the years we had allowed the grounds around our home to
become so overgrown with trees that much of the original landscaping had died
from lack of light and what had lived was generally overgrown and ?leggy?.  Given the size of our property (over one
acre) and the number of trees I was concerned about the possible cost to
clean-up our property. Tal Sprinkles came out and listen to all my concerns, provided
good solutions and a reasonable estimate as well as patiently dealing with me
for a week while I kept verifying that the estimate of work really included
everything I asked for.   
They started the work within two weeks.  Amancio managed the crew and all the work. He
and the crew were very nice, taking care of all my requests. Several trees were
carefully removed and all the trees were trimmed very skillfully as were all
the bushes. The trees look so good now and light gets through to the remaining
plants below. I am very pleased with the result of this project. I highly
recommend these people and this crew.

I need to share how pleased I am with the "Quality of work and attention to detail" that all three gentleman displayed from Perfect Lawns and Landworks.. I have had the shrub trim crew here twice in the last 30 days to finish my property and it looks "SPECTACULAR".Thanks again!  These guys  Rock!    Al Bussmann
I give them a 10 out of 10.  They are the best trimmers we have ever had on our property in the 17 years we have lived here.  On top of that they get back to you as promised on the date promised, which isn't necessarily common in that business.  It is nice to deal with true professionals.  They are the company to beat in this business.  We are VERY pleased.

This was a very impressive job done by a company new to me and via an Angie's special deal. The owner, Tal Sprinkles, came personally to first evaluate the pending job and then was on site during the entire job due to it's complexity and demanding nature. I was initially impressed by Mr. Sprinkles' professionalism and immediate knowledge of the trees/shrubs in terms of both botany and city regulations. His flexibility during my changing schedule was also very much appreciated. On the day of the job, his crew was notable in their professionalism and courtesy when interacting with me. This was a very difficult job, with much of the shrubbery fraught with thorns and done during very punishing heat of the day. Nevertheless, the job was completed with astounding efficiency, proficiency, conscientiousness, and thoroughness. The clean-up was more  complete than I have ever experienced in my 30 + years at this residence. Since the job completion, I have received 'thanks and kudos' from all my adjoining neighbors and have passed on referral info for this company. I will certainly use them again in the future and can recommend them without any hesitation or reservation.  I know I got more than my money's worth, and even though I urged Mr. Sprinkles to add on what he thought fair based on the extreme demandingness of this job which I thought was above the special price of the Angie's Deal, he did not-- which speaks to his high integrity and dedication to customer service. I am open to personal contact regarding any further feedback if desired, via the Angie's List backchannels.

They mowed my lawn once and then ripped out all of  the wooden landscaping borders surrounding all my trees and flower beds in error. They weeded and blew out the leaves from the flower beds in the back yard, but missed the flower beds in the front yard. More than a month after they mowed the lawn, they still had not trimmed any of the shrubs which were rubbing against the side of the house and roof. They  said they fertilized my lawn and shrubs, even though on that occasion, they never went into the back yard, which is where most of the shrubs were. They did replace the landscaping with cheap replacement wood, after acknowledging their workers made a mistake. So, in sum, for $185, I got my small South Austin yard mowed once (a 20 minute job) and I got the flowerbeds in the back yard weeded once.

The crew comes and works hard and quickly, but is very thorough. Best lawn service I've had.

I have used Perfect lawns for over 10 year for lawn care, shrub maintenance, and irrigation system work.  They do a great job and leave the property manicured and spotless.  For lawn care in-season they arrive every Wed AM like clockwork with a team of folks that get the job done quickly.  They blow off debris from all of our decks, whether related to the lawn or otherwise.  The other work is "as needed" and easy to schedule through their very professional office staff.  No complaints at all.

I am embarrassed at the appearance of my property, particularly the entrance and courtyard area. It is so overgrown that it is starting to look like an abandoned home. The walkway is so overgrown that it is not only unattractive but also creates an obstacle to reach my front door. To be fair to them, I haven't complained to them until today when I called to cancel my service. I was hoping that they would see the obvious and address the issues. Part of their property care program that I signed up for includes a professional evaluation of my property on a regular basis.

Shrubs are trimmed straight across and loose all natural beauty.

My lawn was in decline when they first took over and was filled with weeds. It improved significantly, however, stubborn weeds remain and are an eyesore.

I had used Perfect Lawns in the past and except for the high-end cost, I was very happy with their service. Hopefully they will resolve their weaknesses and once again be a top notch company worth the cost.

Perfect Lawns failed to provide services as contracted.  While individuals working for them do good work, the main reason to contract with them is to ensure that my landscaping looks great all the time.  So if you see a bush that is stressed from too little water and I am paying you to maintain the sprinkler you would put two and two together.  No.  Shrub dies.  I pay to remove and then pay for a new one.  Brown spot on lawn.  They mow but don't say anything about it.  Crape Myrtles covered with aphids.  Saw it when we mowed, did nothing about it.  Time to trim shrubs.  I let them grow a bit too much and then butchered them.  I contract for leaf cleanup and trimming each Spring.  I point out they missed a bunch of stuff.  They come back and charge me again.  I could go on and on with examples.  I complained multiple times to "Michelle" who made all kinds of excuses (and often took a few days to reply to email) but never got the main issue that I was paying for a coordinated service not a bunch in individual tasks.  Finally, I got a bid from a competing large provider in Austin who was literally 1/2 the price, did not charge $99 every time a supervisor walked the property (26 times a year) as they do if for free.  So far, great and coordinated service from this new provider.  My summary:  overpriced and did not deliver as promised.  I have pictures of all kinds of things to prove these points.  When I got two other bids, the guys from the other companies were in shock at the state of my landscaping.  One used the word "butchered".  Buyer beware.

Overall, it went very well. This was a multi phase project. The project manager, Miguel, was very responsive, helpful, and reachable. The work was very good, with good clean up, and pretty much what I wanted. The workers were respectful and competent. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

We have used their lawn and landscape services and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a landscaping company willing to go above and beyond.  They are consistent and have great attention to detail and personalized service from start to finish.

I give them an A+.  They arrived on time, worked all day, trimming was beautiful and they cleaned up when they were done.  I would hire them again.

They did everything according to schedule. They started when they said they would start and the supervisor came out mostly everyday checking and actually doing a lot of work himself. He was always accommodating and if I thought there wasn't enough of something, they didn't have a problem bringing more. They smashed down a little of the grass on the neighbors side when putting in the crest granite grass; they re-did the grass even though my neighbor didn't have a problem. I was happy with their service.

I've been using them for probably 2 1/2 years. A typical lawn care package is around $45. I've used them for a convenience factor and they are consistent in what they are doing. We have a schedule on what they are going to do and they are very good about adhering to that schedule.
