PEPPERMINT CLEANING SERVICES

I have used Peppermint for a while now and will continue to use in the future.  The owner is very easy to deal with and is extremely professional.  The crews are always punctual and give 110%.  I like that they have a high degree of pride in their work and like to leave everything extra sparkly.  I highly recommend using this service! 

They did an excellent job.  The price was outstanding, the cleaning even better, and the service calls to follow-up were great.  I would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service.  I have set up an every other week schedule with them. 

We have been using them for over a year now. They are coming tomorrow to clean the house. I had quotes from other companies. However, the reason we chose Peppermint Cleaning Services is because their pricing is very good. They also come with four ladies and clean everything in 45 minutes and they are gone. At some point today, we will receive a call from Ralph, the owner of the company to inform us that the ladies are scheduled to come tomorrow morning at 8:15. He will ask us if we have any problems. Then they come and do it. They are here on time. As a matter of fact, they usually sit outside and wait till 8:15 so that they can come in. They do it and leave before 9 o’clock. They don’t distract our day and our house is spotless. I pay them $102 every other week. My house is like 2400 square feet and they clean about 2000 square feet. So, it’s a very good deal.

I first hired Peppermint Cleaning because I work from home. I need a housekeeping TEAM, not one person shuffling around my house for 5 hours. I'm also very fickle and can be somewhat picky. i.e. I rarely stick with the same housekeeper for long since I usually get dissatisfied within 6 months. I've stuck with Peppermint Cleaning for a year, I think, and I've been happy with their work. They are fast. They don't do laundry since they are not there long enough for it to dry, but this was not an issue for me. No dishes either, but I've found this to be the case with most quick cleaning teams. I also had them clean after a big party and they did a good job then, too. I have not noticed the quality of work go down over time, which is what I normally experience with housekeeping. They have consistently done a good job each time. Nice group of women, and Ralph (owner) is also a nice guy. Recommended!

We started with them back in the Summer, and we have them coming back every other week. The thing that we like the most is that they come with 4 ladies at one time. They don't mess around. They come in and attack this house. Within 45 minutes the house is clean and they are gone. They are punctual, fast, and thorough. We have a big ceiling that goes up to the second floor. The last time they were here they asked me how they could get the cob webs down. They were concerned about stuff that they couldn't even reach. We checked with a couple of other companies before we chose them. One was too expensive and one only sent one lady, so we went with them. They're great! The owner will call if there is a problem with an appointment to let us know. Things just work out great!

They are very thorough with the cleaning. They come out on time for the service. They are very professional. I am not home when they come out, but I have been satisfied with their services. I will continue to use them in the future.

I had several conversations with the folks from Peppermint and they were always good about returning my calls and were on time for the appointment and called me when they were through. They did an excellent job.

I was very pleased with the service, and we've decided to use them on a regular basis. They came with a 4 person cleaning crew which got the job done in about 2 1/2 hours. I appreciated the uniforms (well, matching company shirts and slacks basically) and the professional equipment. The owner came during the service to check out everything. They asked if we had any special requests, but other than that they needed no supervision, just got the house spotless, and that's what I wanted.

I'd say I am satisfied with the work them because they always come when they say they will, they are polite and they will do those little extra things that you ask them to do. They are good and I would recommend them.

5 cleaning people arrived (30 minutes early!) and promptly began working on the house. I work from home and they were very courteous to "stay out of my way" until they got to my home office. They cleaned the entire home within 90 minutes and the owner, Ralph, showed up and did a quick walk-through with them and pointed out additional areas for them to touch up.

I've been very pleased with them. They are very easy to work with, punctual and their price is good. I would recommend them to others. They stay about an hour and 45 minutes. They are set up to come every two weeks.

Peppermint Cleaners has come to our house twice in the last year and we highly recommend them. Owner, Ralph Webster is a great guy and everyone involved is very honest and thorough. They arrive on time and if they are going to be even 10 minutes late, they call to let you know.

I wanted some help with some cleaning so I called the cleaning service. They were here exactly when I requested. I just had one lady come here for about 4-5 hours. It really helped me out. I would recommend this service to others. The quality of the work was good.
