messages all the time and I then really disabled it when I tried to
stop Internet Explorer. I called PC Genie and he gave me instructions
on how to find the shop. I was concerned about parking in the West
Campus area but there was free short-time parking in front of the
building. I described the problem I had been having and what I had
done. He knew immediately what to do and described the work he planned to do.
I left the laptop for repair. He called a few days later to say it was ready.
He was exceedingly gracious in dealing with an almost computer-
-illiterate older woman. I was very pleased with his work and appreciate
his courtesy to me.
