"Dear Jay, This is not the type of experience we strive to create for our customers, nor would we ever intentionally deceive anyone. Our enclosures are custom fabricated to your home specifically. Once they are ordered and the manufacturing process has begun, we can?t just reuse them for another project. Which is why with any custom job, there is usually a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of the materials. Our company, like most other companies globally, have experienced a multitude of supply chain and transportation issues off and on since the start of the pandemic. We can?t always forecast what other industry is going to impact ours and we are doing our very best to navigate the issues as they happen to continue to deliver our products and services to our customers in a timely manner. It is our understanding that the location you contracted with attempted to work with you and develop a reasonable solution, to no avail. Again, we are sorry that your project was not able to materialize in the timeframe given and that it was ultimately cancelled."
