Paradigm Glass

They are absolutely upstanding. There was an error made in the size of the glass door and the position of a towel bar and they are standing behind it and they are redoing the whole thing; and it cost them. They absolutely stand behind their work. There could be a little better communication within the company, but I think that was a matter of trying to train a new employee, but the owner is standing behind it. They gave me a $300 discount.

Kory was very helpful in identifying solutions for a glass shower enclosure.  His installation crew was professional and courteous in the performance of the project.  i am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the resulting glass product installed.

Well.  The outer pane of the door was shattered.  Corey came over to measure and ordered the replacement.  When the replacement came in, they had sent the wrong one.  When the right replacement came in, Hans was there the next day and did an excellent job of removing the old and installing the new.  He was efficient, neat and cleaned up everything before he left.  I could not have asked for a better resolution to the problem.  I would recommend them to everyone and will use them again should I have another problem or want to redo areas of my house.

Excellent work.  Workers were knowledgable, polite, and prompt.  Work was completed in timeframe expected.

They arrived on time for the appointment for the extimate.  The cost for such a complicated job was reasonable. When they came back to do the job, they were punctual, put up the glass exactly as needed, and cleaned up afterward. I am a contractor and have used them quite a few times over the last few years and they beat the other glass companies hands down.

It looks perfect!!!!!!! So happy with the result! I used a groupon ($99 for $300 worth) and sometimes am unsure about using groupons for services like this, but I did my research and saw that Paradigm glass had good reviews here on Angie's list, and they did not disappoint for sure! I would highly recommend them. A++

Paradigm glass was recommended to us by two different neighbors who had previously used their services.  We needed some glass tops for our two dining tables, and our son's desk, bedside table, and dresser.  The pattern of one of the dining room tables was  very unique and difficult.  We had met with a representative of another company, but the quote offered by Paradigm glass was more reasonable.
We met with the representatives of Paradigm Glass on three different occasions.  They were punctual each time, Kory (the owner) even waited outside my house for more than 30 minutes, as i was running late and stock in traffic for one of the visits.  During the initial visit, we discussed different options for the glasses and patterns, and were emailed written estimates.  The work was done in a timely manner, though the difficult pattern took more time.
We have been very happy with the quality of the work they have done, and the professionalism of Kory and his employees.

Kory was very cordial and professional.  The two man crew did not know that Kory said they would be arriving between 11:30 and 12:30 so I called cell at when they did not show and was told that the truck was out of commission and that they would be right over. The morning jobs were apparently slowed by not having a truck to haul the glass.  I wish they had taken the time to clean the glass after installing so I could see how beautiful it looked without having to clean it first. Kory coordinated well with the the remodeling contractor from Pro-Service.

Kory and Efrain were on-time and ready to do the work.   They were here a total of about an hour and a half getting the shower installed, cleaned, and sealed.
