On the recommendation of our realtor, we hired OnCall Home Services to remodel the kitchen in our new house. In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! Beau and his crew were great to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. Whenever we had a question or concern, Beau was prompt to reply or came by the house to discuss. There were no hidden surprises in the costs because Beau was always transparent and kept us apprised about any issues or needed adjustments that came up. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and showed up on time, every day. The project was completed on schedule and we're extremely happy with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to hire OnCall Home Services again for any future house projects!

They do a great job. They're professional, honest, and reliable. I've used them many times over the years for both my home and my rental property. I've always been very happy with their work. They really saved me after Snovid. We had a burst pipe that caused a ton of damage. They were able to troubleshoot, fix, and clean up everything super quickly, leaving us with running water at a time when it was basically impossible to find help. Can't thank these guys enough.

The services that OnCall provided were EXCELLENT!! The HandyMen that did work at my house ,on two separate visits , were very professional and friendly. Both times these experienced guys arrived on time and worked diligently on the issues at hand. I Needed a back gate replacement and I’m SO thrilled that I have a FUNCTIONING gate now and it was so well done I won’t have to worry about replacement for a VERY long time! In addition, my garbage disposal started leaking under my sink . The OnCall Service Man arrived on time and installed a new one! He was very kind, polite, experienced and stayed focused on the job at hand.! I’m thrilled and highly satisfied with the professionalism and skills the OnCall Team provided for my repairs and highly recommend them. They truly did provide excellent service!

My kitchen cabinet was damaged by the dishwasher leak and the water remediation company had to get rid of the kitchen cabinet and took out the sheetrock behind the cabinet. Robert is a professional guy and he has been in the cabinet business for over 20 years. He bought the new insulation, new sheetrock and wood planks. He put the insulation and sheetrock back on and he made the cabinet from wood planks. The new cabinet matches the existing cabinets in the kitchen. He also painted the wall and so I could not see the sign of the cabinets being repaired. In all, I highly recommend oncall service.

Robert knew just what to do. He explained everything very thoroughly. He then went to purchase the needed materials and get a paint match to the existing trim. He returned promptly and got the entire room sealed on the outside. No more rain or bugs and the ceiling fan works great!!

Great! I was very impressed by the quick response to my initial request for an estimate, and also for the quick work. We had some water-damaged base trim replaced, smoke alarms fixed and one was replaced, house number hung outside, light fixture hung, and everything was done well and very quickly. I especially appreciate that their customer service is remarkable, as they kept me posted throughout with their progress and to let me know when they'd be finished, at which time I received photos of the work which had been done. Many thanks to Beau and Robert, who I will definitely call again.

I enjoyed working with Beau. He understood exactly what I wanted done. He make a few suggestions which kept me from making some major mistakes (like locking in my fridge if I extended the island). Beau communicated with me regularly through the whole process.. The different teams did I great job. Again, they worked closely with me to be sure the outcome would match my vision. I love my house. I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau.

We have a glue-down engineered hardwood floor where a chunk had been taken out due to water damage. Repairing something like this is difficult and tedious in no small part because it requires carefully removing the proper floor strips to make the floor ready to accept the new strips (feathered in) and when done not have it look strange. Fortunately, OnCall's technician (Robert) is highly skilled and did a fantastic job. If it weren't for the fact that the floor is 16 years old and had faded some, you wouldn't be able to tell it had ever been repaired. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The drywall repair was more mundane, but Robert did a thoroughly professional job on that as well. I also like the fact that the owner (Beau) was very up front about whether he could offer his services or not; and if not, would provide a good reference to someone who could do the work. This was the case with some roof repair we needed done. Beau referred me to Kevin's Glass and Roofing, and they turned out to be excellent as well. This was particularly important because we needed to make sure that got done right before moving on with the aforementioned interior repairs due to the fact that fixing the roof stopped a rainwater leak into the area. I will be calling again on OnCall Home Services and soon; and I'll know that they will get it done right and at a fair price.

The men called ahead of time and worked in a professional manner to help hang some drapery rods inside my home and remove an existing playscape in the backyard. John removed the playscape for us on a cold, rainy day and could not have been more pleasant. He also helped us with a few odds and ends we needed done since we had just moved into our new home. He did excellent work! I'm pleased to know about OnCall!

The repairman forgot his staple gun so he had to come back another day for that. He was pretty slow at putting up the blinds and seemed to have a lot of trouble. Then the attic vents screens he put up didn't stay up. Raccoons knocked them out with a couple of days. We didn't have the whole 8 hours done. We ended up using them for our hours, which we paid for. I was not satisfied.

"Customer was rude and unreasonable from the beginning, even as we were just setting the appointment. No time or day was soon enough, and we were forced to reschedule other customers, at the risk of receiving a bad review (which we were promised if we didn't accommodate her rather demanding schedule). The homeowner was told we are not a pest control service, (we even offered to help her get a refund on her purchase at the time of scheduling and introduce her to a proper pest control service, to which she refused and said she didn't want to pay for pest control), but we still offered to try our best to keep the raccoons out anyway. She hovered behind the tech, ordering him around and making increasingly bizarre demands, sometimes shouting at him aggressively. Despite all of this, we still attempted to schedule her remaining hours of the coupon, to which she declined. All in all, the situation was very uncomfortable and we are glad to not have to work with this person again."
