We hired On Time Bath to remodel our master bath over 3 years ago.  The job included removing a tub end wall and replacing it with a big custom built shower.  It also required rewiring the electrical connections, adding a ceiling heating and venting unit, removing the flooring and adding ceramic tile in the bathroom and in the adjacent closet, new cabinets, counter tops, toilet and accessories.
One year later we had On Time Bath refresh the second bathroom with ceramic tile flooring in the bathroom and in the hallway and a new cabinet and countertop.  I was very pleased with the professional attitude, quality, and the courtesy of the workers for our property.  Mr Hamilton was able to give us suggestions that greatly improved the looks of the bathroom at a reasonable price.
Our master bath shower floor developed a problem with the grout. Little pieces had chipped off.  I had a tile contractor look at the problem but I realized he did not understand how the base of the shower was constructed.  I contacted Michael Hamilton to see if I could find a contractor who had worked with the Wedi base.
Mr. Hamilton had the shower floor re-grouted with an epoxy type of grout at no cost to us.  I feel this was superior service!

I think the workmanship was excellent. The company was on time and stayed on their schedule. They were very professional. I had a few things that malfunctioned and they followed up immediately. The only thing that was a problem was that the original bid was lower than the final price.

I was stuck thinking about doing this for two years.  Starting in November 2012, I gathered 5 bids and learned more from each vendor as I went along.  One vendor identified a product we really wanted to use, Wedi board made in Germany that creates a waterproof barrier keeping moisture away from the framing structure and preventing mold.  That's how we found On Time Baths as they are one of two contractors in Austin that use Wedi board.  Michael Hamilton of On Time Baths prepared a bid in February that was thorough and formed the basis of the contract.  His was the most expensive bid, but online resources confirmed that the price was a little above the local average, and we have a large bathroom.  Two things convinced us to sign with On Time Baths:  the Wedi board and the fact that they contracted to complete the renovation in 15 business days!  Another attractive feature of their service is that they use a designer to help guide you through the planning and product selection.  The contract provided a cost allowance for 15 categories and it was up to me to make the selections in each category before products were purchased.  Once the items were received and stored off-site, construction was scheduled.  The cabinetry took the longest time to manufacture (3 weeks) and had to be ordered first.  On Time Baths lists a number of vendors in the contract from which you have to choose products for the renovation.  There is only one cabinet fabricator, Factory Builders Stores, on the list and they were the main source of mistakes with this project.  Among the mistakes:   the contract called for all wood construction and a cut away for the sink revealed pressboard rather than plywood, the approved plan specified two drawers in the "tower" that rested on top of the counter and the fabricator made three.  We were halfway through the project when the cabinets were delivered and the discovery was made, but there was no talk of returning them.  However, Mr. Hamilton seemed as unhappy as we were with the discovery and resolved this issue to our satisfaction by providing other services at no extra cost.  I hope they affiliate with another vendor in the future.  Cammy Oney, the designer, was a terrific help and provided great suggestions that improved the beauty and function of our bathroom.  Alejandro, Tomas, and Jose, the work team were here from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. working continuously.  The quality of their work is excellent, in fact it's guild quality.  Once the floor was protected with plastic and paper, they were very careful carrying items in and out of the house.  A POD for storage and portable toilet were set up in our driveway for the duration of work.  My advice for future customers is to communicate everything in email.  It's too much to expect busy people to remember details that are important to you, but just one of a million for them.  In addition, buy 18" paint squares in several colors and tape them to the walls of your bathroom to see what they look like in different light.  It's too hard to tell from a little strip what a color will look like painted in a dark or light room on different walls at different times of the day.  These projects take over your life and your house, but I'm glad we used On Time Baths.

Michael was able to create a bathroom that was affordable yet a significant upgrade in style above our previous bath. His first bid of $12k was updated to include a new tub. Our home had a jacuzzi from 1989 and I was concerned that if we decided to rent out this home, a repair would be impossible.
On Time Baths selected the paint color, the tile and the fixtures. How did they do? Take a look at this pictures.

I had a terrific experience with On Time Baths. From first meeting I had a comfort level with owner Michael Hamilton that I did not have with other bidders.  He was professional, and thorough in his explanations. He was not impatient or condescending when I did not understand things he was explaining. He seems to really enjoy the work he does. And it shows in the end. The fact that his bid was the lowest only sealed the deal for me. The fact that he offers the service of a professional designer was an added bonus. I usually know what I like as soon as I see it, but that doesn't mean the things I like go together. She helped me create a cohesive plan and design that I loved.
When Michael told me he'd be able to start work a month earlier than other bidders, it was really a no brainer for me.
The remodel process was an unintrusive as it could be, given that he was remodeling the only bathroom in my house. He worked extra hard to get the toilet installed ahead of schedule. His workers were polite, courteous, quiet, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Michael came on site at least two  times a day to monitor work progress and was available to answer questions or consult with me about issues that had arisen. Excellent communication from beginning to end.
Before remodeling, my bathroom was a victim of curious choices made by the previous owners. Now it is modern looking, with first rate fixtures and it looks beautiful. I do not believe I would be as happy with the space as I am now if I had gone with another remodeler.
When you are soliciting bids for a bathroom remodel, you owe it to yourself to give On Time Baths a call. You won't regret it, and they'll probably be the guys you hire for the job.
