I contracted Merced to install an irrigation system and paid in full on September 12. In the weeks that followed, the system repeatedly broke and leaked, requiring me to locate issues and hand-water plants while arranging repairs. I notified the company and, as of October 5, stopped receiving responses. Mid-project I raised concerns that the work wasn?t being performed correctly and was assured it would be fixed and covered by a six-month warranty. Despite that, the system continued to leak?twice more after October 5. A second irrigation company inspected the installation and reported: Control valves were not installed in the order we agreed. The system lacked a proper backflow prevention device, which they advised is required for compliance in Texas. Although Merced stated he is licensed in Texas, he has not provided a license number despite multiple requests. G

The agreed upon date and time of project was not communicated appropriately and I thought the work was going to be done on an earlier date. The owner, upon his bid, underestimated the amount of time and manpower to complete the job. He ensured the job was completed and I was satisfied with the work. He stayed with the price of the original bid without pressure to uncharge the price. I found this refreshing, he demonstrated integrity and genuine concern the job was done to my expectation/satisfaction.

Merced and his crew did a wonderful job mowing the right of way next to my ranch property. He was very thorough and I am very happy with his work. I would definitely hire again. He is very nice and friendly as well. Hightly recommend!

Our pro did a great job moving a nozzle of our irrigation system, and winterizing it at a great price. Also diagnosed an issue with one of our zones not being watered as expected at no charge, Will likely have them fix this in the Spring.

The crew showed up on the same day, and within two hours replaced two fence posts.

Excellent business. They have done everything from build fences, take care of landscape, build sheds, hang Christmas lights and much more. These guys are the best
