Next Level Movers

We're not from the area so we really went into this blindly via Craigslist. Thankfully, we called the right crew. Rafael was quick to respond to my call and was even able to offer his services for the following morning. The next day, they arrived a little early and texted me that they were outside and were ready whenever we wanted to begin. Rafael and his partner were very professional, super efficient and careful with all of our belongings. They were also great guys, cracking jokes and giving us tips on living in Austin. We were so pleased that we hired Next Level again, 2 days later, when our moving pod arrived from California.

They have a 2 hour minimum for their services. Which is understandable, considering the time commitment and nature of the work.
On both occasions, the 2 man crew was finished unloading everything with 30 minutes to spare. Awesome!

Rafael phoned me last week to let me know that he had recently purchased the moving truck that he had been eyeing and offered his services in the future. I'm happy to say that my wife, 5 year old daughter and I are closing on our first ever house up in Pflugerville early next month.

I'll be on the phone to Rafael and Next Level as soon as moving dates are solidified.

Rafaele was a tremendous help in getting my moving truck unloaded for me. He lifted things that I would not have been able to. After unloading the truck, he was nice enough to help load my car onto a trailer for me. Due to his great service I hired him again to help me pick up some furniture off Craigslist. His friendly service and rates are excellent. I will definitely contact Rafaele the next time I need to move.

We set an appointment and they showed up over an hour late without calling and letting us know. We agreed to 2 workers and $75 an hour with a $35 trip charge and they show up with 3 workers and charged my husband $100 hour. He tried to charge for 4 hours when they only worked 3.5 hours. Most of our furniture was scratched and/or chipped. My husband was having to help load things because they were moving so slow. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Everything went perfect: They were on time and professional. They moved out in an hour what took nearly two to pack away, and some of our boxes were quite heavy. They stumbled with some of the boxes so I would recommend they get back straps or bungee cords for their own safely. However nothing was broken or skuffed. I would highly recommend these guys.

I typically do not write in to these review sites but  after my experience with Rafael and his team I had to spread the word. We were originally looking for someone just to come over and move some things but we got a business partner with Rafael. He has helped us with moving, hauling and a number of other miscellaneous projects. These guys are the professionals, I know now that when something comes up that I can not handle I just call Rafael and they come and fix my problem. Chances are if you are reading this review you probably need something so stop looking and call Rafael!
