New Line Construction LLC, Brian, John and Melissa did a fantastic job working with us to build an architecturally interesting garage apartment on our property here on the east side of Austin. The worked well with out architect and remained friendly, supportive and helpful throughout the process. Austin is a boom town.Everybody is VERY busy building. NLC took the time to sop, listen and look at out plans. They gave us reasonable quotes and were always available to put out fires along the way. #1. fire is that they terminated our site manager.#2 fire is our building leaked #3. fire was the toilet did not flush # 3 the air conditioner did not cool (ever) #4 they left tons of s*** in the yard. I wont candy coat this. It was a painful experience but we got through it together and New Line made it happen.The $250k build came out mostly great.

Brian and New Line Construction delivered on a wonderful construction experience. He assisted in the difficult permit process, the design process, and of course the entire jobsite management from day one. My new property was finished on time and on budge. The home has gotten incredible feedback and continues to release with no issues. He is a straight forward honest business owner here in the Austin area.

Our remodel project was great! I have seen and heard so many horror stories when it comes to remodels with contractors, and I did not want to have a story to tell. We talked with contractors for 2 years, and there was alway a time issue or price, or they just didn't return calls or provide quotes. When I found New Line Construction on Angie's List all of that changed. I sent an email and Brian Conant (President of New Line Construction) responded the very next day, and appointment was set up around my schedule. He provided a quote earlier than committed, the quote included all of the details of the job, in a manner which we could understand and they could start the job when I needed. The follow-up and commitments made before and during the project were outstanding. They were constantly checking on the work, usually multiple times a day. When they said they would start at 8:00am they were on-site and ready to go. They worked late into the evening on some days to accomodate our schedules and the project time lines. The work was professional all the way. These guys at New Line are the best you could ask for, especially if you are new to remodels or construction. They provided project details all along the way and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. We had some issues with tile orders and Brian was relentless in his follow-up and getting the results we needed to stay on-time and under budget! We love our new and improved bathroom and we would consider New Line Construction again for any project.

During the bidding process New Line Construction was a step above the rest presenting detailed descriptions of work to be performed, a project plan, and a fair contract with no convoluted legalese. However, it was during the construction itself where New Line Construction really did shine. All the work was exemplary and fulfilled our expectations. Workers showed up on time everyday and worked with around our schedule to minimize the impact to us. There were daily inspections to make sure the work was progressing to our satisfaction. The workers were meticulous in keeping the house clean and even though it involved sheet rock installation etc dust was kept at an absolute minimum. I would definitely recommend New Line Constructions to friends and family as well as use them myself again. As a matter of fact the bath room re-tile was added on after the original work was completed. All in all this was by far the best experience I have had with remodeling.
