I have the kitchen of my dreams, thanks to New Creations. Roy, Erin, and Apollo give you service that you just can’t find anymore. We have done small and large remodels over the years, and we have never received service like we did with this top-notch team. From the beginning of design to the end product, they worked with us every step of the way. Roy was great about letting us know what they were doing and when they were doing it. Erin was always available if we had questions. Apollo and his team were unobtrusive and left a clean workspace every night. They are professional, experienced, trustworthy, and service-oriented. We will be using this team in the future. I highly recommend New Creations!

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work done by New Creations on our kitchen. Our experience started with Design where Erin worked with us in every aspect of the design and never complained or rushed us when we changed our minds. She accompanied us on all of the supplier visits and was instrumental in us being so happy with the final results. She also staid engaged throughout the project. The Construction phase went just as well. The quality of the workmanship was top notch. No mater how much mess was made, they cleaned up the job site EVERY DAY. The team was always checking in to make sure we were happy with what we saw and it was obvious that they really cared about us, our kitchen and making sure we had a great experience. Roy send us an email with an progress update and next steps almost everyday, this in addition to maintaining a complete project list and calendar online that we could review and made our own comments. A couple of time we wanted to make changes in the design after the project was underway and while this is never optimum, Roy and his team went above and beyond to make sure that this process exceeded our expectations. The level of communication, customer focus and quality of the project were outstanding. If you want the best that Austin has to offer in custom Kitchens. I have NO hesitation in recommending New Creations.

Roy Faust and his team at New Creations have excelled in delivering outstanding results in quality, project management, and customer satisfaction through three significant home renovation projects. I am a very particular and detail oriented customer who has approached each project with a definite and unique vision that represents my home and me.  Roy and the team respected my input and helped refine the project to make my vision a reality.  I feel fortunate to have found New Creations for my renovations: they employ a great team of subcontractors, suppliers, artisans, and specialists (including furniture builders and suppliers who deal with out of the ordinary materials and finishes), which, along with a combination of design and technical knowledge ensures that my vision can be brought to life.

Roy and the team treated me as a participant in the projects; they listened to my concerns and included me in all aspects of the planning.  I felt that they approached my renovations as partners, not just as doing a job; they were as invested in a successful outcome as I was.  In any renovation project unforeseen issues occur.  When problems did arise Roy and the team provided creative solutions, drawing on their design and technical expertise to maintain the integrity of the project.  In lesser hands, the design quality would have been compromised.

New Creations manages projects effectively, maximizing the use of materials, time, and labor to ensure the minimum level of disruption possible during a large renovation.  They stand behind their work, are reliable, professional, and honest.  I highly value the true team performance from the New Creations crew with respect to coordination, expertise, and process.  I am in the

Total experience was great from meeting with Roy to explain the project, to his design and estimate, through completion of project. All work performed by his people, no subs. Professional installation, full clean up each day, very protective of all surrounding areas during the install. Very responsive and totally transparent.

Amazing......love, love our new kitchen and New Creations.  

New Creations kept us updated daily, met their timeline as scheduled and the staff was responsive, professional and personable.  One of the best things they offer is an invite for you to view their project schedule.  The schedule shows daily who is to come out and what work is to be done. Troy keep it updated daily to follow up on any carryovers. This on-line scheduler is a wonderful way to keep everyone informed and since our project lasted four weeks it was very helpful.  I love organization so for me this tool was the BEST!!

In Summary, Roy helped us plan and design the perfect kitchen.  Then, Troy who was always on site kept everyone and everything going.  Both Roy and Troy reflect New Creations as a company with high integrity and great pride.

They did a fabulous job.  I can’t believe it that they did it in five weeks.  Incredible!  The whole kitchen – they went down to the 2 x4s and did it in five weeks.  I know everybody says I can’t believe that but they did.  The cost of service including all the new appliances that was $42000 but without it was like $35000.  We picked them as other customers do because they did such a great job on our whole bathroom and we just hardly even had to think about it we just called Roy Faust with New Creations Custom Kitchen & Bath Remodeling and told them that we wanted to do the kitchen and he came over and gave us the rough estimate and we talk it over for a couple of days instead that was really in line with what we knew to be true from other friends of ours who redone their kitchens and everything so we told them that we wanted to do it.  His company designed the whole kitchen according our wish list of things we wanted to have and we move some plumbing around and move things around to be more convenient for us so it is truly a brand new kitchen.  He raised the ceiling because it was that old fashion kind of drop ceiling.  It was a 33-year-old house and they took it down to the 2x4s to make sure the electrical and plumbing is right but he had to move a lot of electrical and plumbing to do everything what we wanted to do and he opened up the doorway for us and took out some half walls.  He just did a fabulous job.  I gave them an "A+" in everything.

We worked with New Creations to do a complete kitchen remodel, and a refresh of a laundry room and powder room.  We are very pleased not only with the results, but the entire process from design to completion.
Roy is the business owner and handles the sales and design aspects of  projects.  Roy is a very honest person and was always up front and forthcoming about what options would cost.  He also is very good at planning a job to make sure everything runs smoothly.  On the project design, Roy was always very enthusiastic and was a pleasure to work with.  He was able to understand our vision of what we wanted and use his expertise to make it better than we ever could have done on our own. He was always working on new ideas, whether it was dropping off new tile samples that he was excited about, or sweating the details on the
perfect paint colors.  We appreciated the personal attention and passion that Roy put into our project.
Troy is the project manager and is responsible for the construction, schedule, and quality of the job.  We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with than Troy.  He was always on top of every single detail, and it was clear that he took the schedule and job quality very seriously.  Whenever we would ask him a question or give feedback, he would always make sure to take care of it; I can't think of a single time when Troy forgot something that I had talked to him about.  Troy is a very nice person who knows how to get things done on time with a level of quality that he would expect in his own house.
Our job came in on time and on budget.  Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly.  The results were everything we wanted, and for a job this big it ran very smoothly.  We will definitely be working with New Creations on our next remodeling project.

We had an excellent experience working with New Creations. Both Roy and Troy are extremely well organized and great to work with. They have a great team of folks who helped make our kitchen renovation a great success. Our project involved taking down two walls and creating a large eat-in kitchen. Their step by step process for making all the selections was very helpful. We were able to add many nice features to our cabinets and drawers such as soft-close features. The custom cabinet design maximized our kitchen from a layout and storage perspective. I couldn't believe how much storage we ended up with!  In addition to the detailed planning process, New Creations uses an online system where we can all track the schedule for the project. It was great to see how all the pieces of the project flowed and stayed on track. The teams who helped with all the major systems - plumbing, electrical, hvac - were great to work with, ensuring that we had an excellent end result.

Mr Faust was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.  We will call him in the future for any remodel of our home.

New Creations Kitchen Remodel. We recently embarked upon a project to give our kitchen a face-lift. After researching a full remodel and replacement of our perfectly good (but just ugly) kitchen cabinets, we stumbled across the New Creations website and found out about an alternative to replacement. Having been down the remodel road and found that complete replacement was not something that on which we wanted to spend too much money, we met with the New Creations crew to see what they had to offer. Their showroom featured many different styles of refaced cabinets complete with interchangeable countertop surfaces and backsplashes so we were able to get a very good sense of how our material selections would combine to create an overall look. This was extremely helpful to see and quite a contrast to having to guesstimate with tiny samples at many other providers. 
Once we understood the re-facing process and the timeline, we were certain that this was a better path for us. It was very important that we establish and stick to an aggressive timeline which would ensure completion by the end of September. Roy and Troy were very helpful in scheduling our remodel project and ensuring that we had good transparency to the milestones and project tasks in the schedule along the way. Once we had our materials selected, the New Creations team sent us a detailed web-based project plan that outlined the entire schedule from start to finish. With both of us working and me travelling during that time, this was enormously helpful to us as we sought to plan our weeks. Once we got started with the project, we were very happy with the team?s diligence in sticking to the schedule and ensuring that tasks were completed on-time. Additionally, as we ran into the inevitable hiccup?s that come with home projects, we found that the New Creations team was extremely responsive and diligent in resolving things to our satisfaction. Everyone who was brought to the house to work was polite, honest and very good at their piece of the project. All in all, it took about 3 weeks to complete the project and we were able to access/use our kitchen for the majority of that timeframe. The results are great! The kitchen has a great new look that?s far more up-to-date. We replaced the countertops with granite, the white backsplash with a cool glass tile mosaic and the lighting throughout the kitchen. It?s like a brand new kitchen for a lot less than we were originally planning to spend. We?re thoroughly enjoying the new look of the kitchen and would highly recommend this process and the New Creations team to anyone embarking on a kitchen remodel.

New Creations demonstrated superior workmanship, thoroughness, and professionalism in the remodeling of my kitchen. They are very focused on ensuring an outstanding customer experience in everything they do. Their process from design to project execution is well thought out and worked very well. I appreciated their excellent communication, attention to details, focus on avoiding surprises, and follow through. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a significant remodel project.

The entire remodel took 8 weeks.   During that time the space was always kept clean and tidy.  The space they used in our garage for various items was always clean and well organized.  Every subcontractor they brought in was professional, polite, punctual, and answered all my questions with a good attitude.  They had all done work for New Creations before and knew their expectations for a clean and professional job.  Troy was always checking the work and making sure things were done as close to perfect as possible.  If something was off, he would have the contractor come back in and change/fix it until it was what we wanted.   Those were all very minor issues.  Apollo, their tile guy, is amazing and really takes pride in his work.  The online scheduling software they use, BaseCamp, really helps you understand what's scheduled for each day, who will be there, what outstanding questions there were or materials left to be chosen.  Nothing was ever forgotten or accidentally left off the list.  Roy and Troy always responded to emails and calls promptly and always had a positive attitude.  They let me see 2 jobs they had completed (and speak to the homeowners) and one job that was nearing completion.  It really helped me feel confident and trust that they would do a great job with our kitchen - and they  did!

The project was completed on-time and on-budget, which was a welcome to relief to us as we prepared to welcome our first child shortly thereafter.  Everyone involved in the project was very professional and skilled in his/her trade.  From the beginning to the end of the project we felt that it was professionally managed and that Roy and Troy provided excellent customer service and a high degree of responsiveness. Our involvement was kept to an as-needed basis (picking out materials and working with Troy and Roy to specify those choices), which was highly appreciated as our schedules both demanded 40+ hour weeks and didn't allow for time to spend on the remodel.  Our resulting kitchen is a far cry from what it used to be - we're very happy with how it turned out.  I'm writing this review as a follow-up after having lived with the kitchen for the past 2 years and really enjoying it.  In the past two years, we have had a couple of small items that needed follow-up attention (i.e. the sink detached slightly from the granite during a series of sub-freezing days).  In each case, it was simple to email Roy and get prompt attention to the issue at no additional cost to us.  I have appreciated the way these guys have stood behind their work over the years and have endeavored to be responsive and helpful.

Roy and Troy were very open about the renovation process and worked diligently with our timeline. We appreciated their input towards the kitchen design to guide us to our ideal kitchen while staying within our budget. They provided an online calendar for us to know when work was expected to be completed (i.e. cabinet install, countertop measurements, etc). They have a great team behind them as well. Our expectations were certainly met & we would recommend this company to others.

Roy and Troy walked us through the entire kitchen renovation project and helped us make the best decisions for our space. They did a fabulous job listening to what we wanted and provided a lot of support in our decisions. It was a wonderful experience! They have a very experienced crew and kept us informed of every step in the process. We LOVE our kitchen and the experience we had with the New Creations team!

The whole process went very well. They are very well organized and have the process down to a "science". They are very customer focused - I felt that we could raise any concern whatsoever and it would be addressed with total professionalism and a positive attitude. Roy is quite savvy with design both from an appearance and a functionality perspective, but he is also very willing to incorporate customer ideas. Troy, the on-site manager, was amazing - he was completely on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Their crew is highly competent and trustworthy - we felt very comfortable giving them access to our home during the remodel and were highly satisfied with their craftsmanship.
They are probably not going to be your cheapest bid. Honestly we felt a bit of sticker shock initially. Once you get into the job though you begin to realize why - every single aspect of their operations has quality built in. If you have basic needs for your job and you're willing to tolerate a few headaches then this may not be your cheapest option. On the other hand, if you have an ambitious vision for your job and you want uncompromising quality and a stress-free experience then hire these guys you won't be disappointed.
We will be coming back to New Creations in the future for all of our remodeling needs.

We began our search for a firm to remodel our kitchen in December 2011.  We first met with Roy Faust of New Creations in January 2012 and signed a contract with them in May 2012.  Work started on May 13 and we did a final walk through with Roy on July 3.  We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend New Creations.   Roy worked very closely with us to get the design right and invested a considerably amount of his time with us before we formally committed to the project.  Once we got started Troy managed the project and hit virtually project milestone as scheduled.  Troy was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we raised throughout the project.   Roy and Troy make an excellent team.  Trust and integrity were very important to us in selecting a firm to work with.  New Creations exceeded our expectations and we genuinely liked working with them.  We would also be remiss in not thanking Apollo for his attention to detail and the quality of his work.

New creations is great a communicating with the client. I think 80% of issues are solved with communication. I can be patient (well sort of) if I know what is happening next and when things are expected to be done.  New Creations does that better than any other service company I have dealt with.
They explain details, provide a compete estimate. and then communicate schedule online so you know who will be at the house and when they will install various items.
Everyone we dealt with were complete professionals, listened to what we wanted and worked hard to provide us a beautify and custom kitchen and bath.
The project is complete except for a few details (redoing kitchen table and 2 cabinet doors, etc).We are very happy with the work and will likely use them again for a master bath remodel.\\

UPDATE - the Travertine they installed in the kitchen soon looked terrible. I mentioned this a few times but Roy seemed to think it was normal.  Thankfully I called a company called StoneCare of Texas.. They were wonderful and came out.. and filled the holes in the travertine (where dirt was collecting) and polished it up.  It looks great now.. but it is very clear what a quality company can do with floors..   I am disappointed that I way overpaid for this service and really did not get the quality that i think I paid for.

I do not recommend using them despite my early posting.  I posted to quick at Roy's insistence that I put reviews up when I can..
I also do not recommend using Roy or anyone he recommends as a designer. if you do use New Creations -- find your own designer..  I felt pressured, didnt feel like I had the support I paid for in picking tile and patterns.  I do not recommend going with Roy's designs..

Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, over which they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed!
