Home Building
We had to release them. There was no supervision, which was part of the contract. They didn't follow the construction plan, they built the foundation wrong, they wouldn't honor the bid price, and I had to sue them. We let them go after the foundation was messed up, because they just couldn't do it. It was over their head.
