Brian Henselman has been tuning my piano twice a year for almost three years now. When my children wanted to begin taking piano lessons and needed a used piano, I was referred to Brian Henselman. He showed me 4 pianos he had refurbished and had available for sale. He told me the positives and negatives of each and recommended one to best fit my family's needs and budget. His choice was an upright Yamaha piano in excellent condition, and it has served my family's needs beautifully. It is obvious that Brian knows a lot about pianos and that he loves his work. He eagerly shows the children the inner workings of the piano and allows them to assist. When a string broke on the piano, he repaired it free of charge. Brian is a wonderful conversationalist, and he enjoys getting to know the families as well as the pianos. I know my piano is in great hands with Brian.

Brian was very professional, courteous, and prompt. He communicated exactly what he would be doing and what we could expect based on the the age (46 yrs) and serviceability (12 years since last tuning) of our piano - and then exceeded those expectations. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I would recommend him highly.

Brian is prompt and professional, if a bit chatty. He is usually available when I need him to tune my piano and is reachable via email as well as phone.

This was Brian's fourth time to tune the piano in approximately two years. He does a careful, professional job, and he brings with him a personable style that makes him very easy to work with. His experience in the Austin classical music scene makes him an interesting conversationalist.
