Mr Spa Co

Found the leak on a Saturday, sent an email to Mr. Spa via his website. Had a prompt confirmation of an appointment time and he was at our house Tuesday morning. Took very little time to find the problem and repair it and as he did so he gave me good information about my unit. Dave is amazing. Here's hoping our Spa is in good shape for at the time being but when there is a problem he will be the only person I call.

I sent Dave a detailed summary of what had transpired and he was back in touch in less than 24 hours assuring me he could take care of it. Once Harvey finished dumping its rain on us he called and came the following day. He was totally familiar with our unit and after a call to the heater/control unit manufacturer in California (who he knew personally) Dave isolated the problem and had the unit up and running in no time. A week later it is operating as good as new! This guy is amazing. He knows his stuff and there was no guessing as we experienced with the first service provider I contacted. And..he gave me a quote on a new hot tub cover that that will represent significant savings over other estimates I had received. I will used Mr. Spa again in a heart beat!

I have been using Mr Spa to service my spa for more than twenty years. He has always been very responsive and has kept my very old spa running all these years. We are currently working to fix several leaks. A continuing problem with a spa that was installed in the 1980s.

I called to have service on my spa.  The guy won't do cedar park... I'd say he needs to increase his radius...

We have been loyal customers for probably 11 or more years.  He has always done a great job for us.

He was able to replace the heating unit on the hot tub.  It worked great when he was finished.
I had previously replaced the heater with one that I had purchased on the internet and Mr. Spa's charges for replacement parts was about the same as the heater I bought online.  His labor costs were also pretty reasonable.

Dave showed up for the appointment as scheduled. He was thorough and made sure he was making the right recommendation. I felt he was knowledgeable and professional. He looked for every opportunity to save us money while ensuring we got just the service we needed. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and included me in the final decision. Dave earned our business and I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

It is crazy how hard it is to find the original parts, but he did a good job. It is not easy for some strange reason in Austin to find someone who can do anything when it comes to repairs of spa, especially just answering the phone. So I was glad that Dave stayed in touch and communicated throughout the project, although he has a particular scheduling process that you, the customer, have to adjust to, but what else is new any more... Such is life. Overall, Dave did a good job, was very knowledgeable, and he was very conscientious, which my husband and I both enjoyed. It is not easy to come by any more. We will use Dave for future repairs.

The heating element on my spa stopped working,  After spending a significant amount of time attempting to diagnose the problem myself, I decided to enlist some professional asistance.  Friends of mine had used Mr. Spa in the past, and based on the current reviews on the list I gave Mr. Spa a call. 
Dave was very responsive. We tried to diagnose the problem over the phone, with no success, so an appointment was made.
Dave arrived at the agreeded upon date and time, and performed a full diagnostic check on the spa and solved the problem, a burned out circuit breaker.  Dave informed me that he could not replace the breaker as he is not a licensed electrician.
Other than the circuit breaker the spa was given a clean bill of health. 

Mr. Spa (Dave) did a great job diagnosing and repairing our broken hot tub.  The hot tub wasn't heating so I replaced the heater myself but that didn't fix the problem so I called Mr. Spa.  He said that the problem was with the pump that forces water through the heater.Unfortunately replacement parts for a hot tub are expensive but his markup wasn't too bad over internet prices and his labor prices were very reasonable considering his expertise.  He's a nice, personable guy too.I would highly recommend this vendor for hot tub repairs.

I called Mr. Spa to fix my leaky hottub. He came out, took a look at it and decided that the job wasn't right for him, based on ease of access and that I find someone more suited to work in tight spaces. He did not charge me for the visit.

I have used them for years and they have always been very prompt. They know what they are doing. I once called someone else to come and do the job for me when I couldn?t get hold of these people. However, he quoted about $180 for the job. I waited for these people to come back and they did the job for some $30. I have always been impressed with their knowledge and timeliness.

He came out and he advised me that the work another company said that I needed to have done didn't need to be done. He was a real nice guy and his name was Dave. It was bad weather and he was able to come out pretty quickly. He was concerned that if I didn't get it fixed, it was going to freeze. He probably ended up saving me from losing the pump to a freeze. I was really impressed with him. He is going to put a new cover on and said he would bring the bill when he brings that out. I thought that was really nice that he trusted that I would pay. The price for the cover was one of the cheapest prices that I've ever gotten.
