We have been using MoreHands for over a year now, with cleanings at our house every 6 weeks or so.  Their services have been very good, the folks who come to our house are very nice, friendly, hard workers and we enjoy the work they have done.  However, we have constantly been over billed by this company.  The general manager, indicates they bill by GPS trackers in the cars they have and the phones they carry.  I have consistently started my stopwatch the minute they enter my home, and the minute they leave.  It has consistently been over by 30 minutes and at one point up to an hour.  They charge us 85$ per hour, so this, repeatedly, has added up to quite an expense.  When I have notified the general manager, he essentially indicated their GPS is correct, and my stopwatch is wrong.  Please, the next time they come to your house, watch the clock.  You will be overbilled, I nearly guarantee it.
Time to search for a different company.  Very disappointed.

They did a great job. They were quick. They were clean. They had all the areas that we had issues. I asked them to come back on a regular basis. They were on time.

They were punctual and friendly. The only thing is I didn't like is they weren't very detail-oriented with their cleaning.

I'm pleased with my newly cleaned house. I'd not used a cleaning service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. They seemed fairly thorough, getting a lot of the built-up dust bunnies under the furniture, and cleaning the blinds and window sills. They also surprised me by cleaning my stove top, and leaving all pillows and countertop items arranged neatly.

The only negative aspect was the lack of personal communication with either the cleaning staff or the schedulers. I made the appointment online, and requested them to contact me with the actual time they'd arrive. While I did get a voice-mail saying they were on their way, I didn't really interact with anyone ... So I was a little nervous about what I was going to come home to in the evening.

I'm not sure how often I will have someone else do my cleaning in the future, but I will definitely consider using them again when I do.

Morehands has been cleaning my home for at least a couple of years now. They do a great job. In cases where there has been a small problem, there is always a rapid fix. They always answer the phone which I find so refreshing. The are extremely polite and professional. I have used other maid services in the past but none has matched Morehands.

They did a really nice job. They rescheduled to an earlier date with very short notice. The service was excellent. The quality was very good. They were very responsive. I would use them again.

To date the housekeeping services are top-notch. Everything has been cleaned and tidied up as promised with no disappointments. The crew did a great job on my oven and scrubbed the grungy thermometer so well that it looked as good as new.

They were good. They were punctual and did a good job of cleaning up. They cleaned the house even though it's a small house. I work at home right now and a little bit of shuttling around was needed so that I don't get in the way and I could get my work done. The disruption was fairly minor and overall they did a good job of cleaning up the place. They are coming again tomorrow but we are looking for a cheaper service with a higher rating. They were not available on short notice so we are using Morehands Maids Service again as we are having guests home this weekend.

I rated MoreHands very high on Angie's List a few years ago, but I had to return to update my rating because their service really slipped in the last 6 months. The service was very convenient and scheduling was easy, but the cleanings were not completed properly. About every other time I returned home after a cleaning, I had to re-make my California King size bed because the sheets had been put on incorrectly. I notified the company about the problem several times and asked that they please be more careful, but the problem continued to reoccur. A very expensive set of sheets was ruined in the process (the elastic on the fitted sheet was completely stretched out after the bed had been made incorrectly). When I told the company that I would be canceling my service because of the repeated issue, they made a half-hearted attempt to get me back by giving me half off my next cleaning if I decided to reschedule, but I will not use MoreHands again.

Great. I had a really bad experience with another cleaning service. I turned to them because I see the little bugs with the hands on it all over town. I signed up online for their regular cleaning service every three weeks. They started coming to my house a few months ago. Even though I am on a regular schedule, if I need to be skipped or change the date, they are always helpful and understanding. They email me two days before my appointment to remind me it is time for their visit. I like to be home when they come so I pay a little extra for Saturday cleanings. This last cleaning (6/4) is the exception to that because I had the day off from work and had visitors coming to town the next day. They are always on time and call 30 minutes before they arrive. Two girls come and clean. The girls are sometimes the same but not always. They walk in the door and get right to work. My house is not huge but they scrub it and really make it clean. My kitchen has never been that clean. I have left a key out for them when I can't be home and they get in, do what they need to, and lock it back up without issue. They make everything presentable. It always smells so fresh when they leave. They even take the time to make bows out of my klennex so the box looks presentable (slightly cheesy but that just tells you the time they take to care for the little details. I will continue to use them without question. I HIGHLY recommend Morehands.

It appeared that the crew was late and rushed through the job. The cleaning under any surface on the floor was just not done. I understand that they don't move furniture, but I could clearly see dirt immediately past the edge of any sofa, bed, etc. I had left some dishes in the sink and, while I didn't expect them cleaned, I didn't expect them dumped under the drainboard and covered with other item. Despite the poor cleaning job ($185 for cleaning visible surfaces, changing sheets on one bed, dusting and cleaning frig.), my biggest complaint was the treatment of my personal items and response from the service. I had several things set out for my trip out of the country. Many things on my dresser, etc. had been shoved into the closest drawer (where I would prefer that cleaning staff are not prying. A video camera was missing a lens, a small electronic translator was missing altogether that I needed for the trip. When I called, they offered to come again. I couldn't accept this as my visitors were arriving the next day. When I called back about the broken and missing item, I was credited $50 (less than repair and replacement would be for those items). Sorely disappointed.

They are very organized and have a great system for letting you know when the next cleaning service is scheduled. They have never missed an appointment and are flexible when I need to cancel or reschedule. The only down side is that they have broken a couple of items. I suppose this is normal, and they always let me know when they've broken something and they offer to replace it.

IT was mediocre. We used their email feedback form to request improvements; for example, please use the floor cleaner we bought and would leave in the kitchen, but they did not respond. They did not do things they said they would do; for example, clean the outside of kitchen cabinets.
