I had experienced whole house blockage and called Moore and More because my sister had used them.  They promptly fit me into their schedule.  They performed the service explained to me and showed me what had clogged my pipes.  The problem was remedied.  They were expensive, but the work is guaranteed (which I don't find often with plumbers).  They also offered a platinum service that allows a yearly inspection of pipes and discounted service calls and future service needs.  I took advantage of that plan.  Everything was explained in detail before, during, and after the process.  Great company and crew.
