Mike is very nice and he was very prompt and was able to come the same day I called. Performed work quickly and efficiently.

One of my window frames had been disassembled by an unknown party, and the frame pieces were lying on the ground. I had Mike replace the frame pieces. i explained that I believed that the pieces had been removed by somebody planning to break in to my home. Mike suggested using six different kinds of screw heads to replace the frame, so that if the person that removed them came back, they would have to have several types of screw drivers with them to remove the frame again. Mike was on-time, personable and very knowledgeable.

Made an appointment for an estimate. Mike examined the windows and submitted an estimate..He and a helper Installed 16 of the windows on 12/21/2010 and Mike himself replaced 3 additional windows after the holidays on 1/5/2011. The windows look good and were installed in a professional manner.

I like him and he charged me about $150 for repairing each window. He knew what he was doing and I had never ever seen windows like these.

He definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to others I would just make sure you confirm the services he is providing for the price he has quoted. My windows are fixed and everything is working fine.

After replacing the broken window pane Mike looked at my other windows as I said I didn't care for them. He said the balances were old (25 yrs) and needed replacing and then they would work like new. I was also missing several screens and he can make those. We arranged for him to make some screens and get some balances and tehn come out about once a month until all my windows are working properly. Much cheaper than buying new windows which I had thought about.

We broke a window on a Sunday afternoon. Mike was the only guy we could get to come over the following Monday morning. He arrived on time, replaced the window, was friendly and professional, and was gone in under a half hour.

Mike did a perfect job on the windows and they all lined up perfectly without any drafts coming through them. He measured each window separately and he did the windows in batches for me. The windows looked so good that they looked like they belonged in the home. He hauled away the old windows for me when he was done.
