I paid five percent. I have never found a real estate agent that I'd be willing to recommend to anyone until I found her. She really works for the buyer. It always feels like the agent is working for the seller, not the buyer. She negotiated a fair price. After the sell was done she asked if we had any questions or needed any help finding home care services like maid service or lawn service. She was very thorough. She explained all the paper work really clearly. She was incredibly pleasant. We paid 50,000 less than asking price. She got down to a really good price. She has been an agent for about four years. She was recommended to me.
