We had an urgent request to seal a pipe that was poorly sealed by the builder, causing a water leak and damage after the snow storm. The insurance wasn't willing to pay for it, so we needed someone fast and affordable. The issue was finding contractors willing to go up on a really high roof. Armando and his team sealed the areas of the pipe where it was leaking within two days of me reaching out to them. They gave me frequent text updates and fast and courteous service. I'll be considering them for my next project.

The service was very professional and responsive. The communication was Armando came on Sunday to do an assessment of the repair needed on the outside of my chimney. They sent the quote soon after and started on the work the next day. Upon starting, the crew discovered a lot more damage to the structure (rotting) and recommended additional areas to repair. I decided to only repair the original siding. The next day, the crew came around 7ish am and worked till 6ish pm completing the work beautifully. I was able to pay the invoice and the whole process was pretty easy! I recommend this company due to the customer service, responsiveness, work quality and professionalism. I believe the company seem to have addresses up north so I also appreciate they came down south for this project.

The service so far was okay but the little disappointing is the sales representative and when I called them there are some confusion on what they were looking for.
