MELISSA'S HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE

We have agreed on a regular cleaning every 2 weeks.  Melissa is thorough and punctual and friendly.  She charges a lot, but if she continues to work out, I will be willing to pay.  Most of the house cleaners around here either disappear or can't be relied upon.

Everything went fine.

She was really nice.  She said she doesn't do make ready, but I talked to her for a while, and I finally convinced her.  She agreed to come over and help me out.  She did exactly what I wanted.  Even though when she got there, she thought there was more work that needed to be done, and she won't be able to help, or it would be more than what she wanted; but she did a really good job.  I was totally satisfied with the job.

We use Melissa's all the time. They're great.

She charges based on the size of the house, the scope of the cleaning you want, and the level of "clean" you want (deep vs. maintainence). She is an independent worker, not part of a corporation, and this is her only means of economic support, so she is very interested in doing what you want her to do. She wants you to communicate with her about what you want and whether she should do things differently to suit you. She is very good with pets, as she has them herself. She is well organized, calls to confirm appointments and schedules, and requests that you let her know if you need to change yours. She can come and go even if no one is home if you make entry arrangements with her. She brings her own equipment. She smokes, but takes breaks outside.
