Within 2 weeks, our customer telephoned us and agreed to send payment in full, but wanted to know whether to send it direct to us. We said no, call the collection co. Payment was submitted 2/13/08. We called 2/24/08 and was told payment was received and our money would be returned in March (the following month after collection. March passed without our payment. I sent a fax on 4/5/08, telephoned 4/14/08 where I was told the person who cuts checks was out and would call me back. I called 2 days later, same thing. I called the next day after that and was told they didn't know why we didn't receive payment but we would have to wait until they cut checks at the end of next month! After much ado and fuss, I drove over the next day and sat in their waiting area until I received our check. The rep came out and handed it to me and apologized for the "mix-up." Oh yes, we paid the 25% fee to boot. Only took over 60 days to get payment!!!!
